I ordered a new dewalt rail on the 13th…

I ordered a new dewalt rail on the 13th of October I even paid for delivery so it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. I had to pick it up from the delivery depot on the 30th of October. Wouldn’t use again

Vastaus yritykseltä Toolsy

Dear Jacob,

We’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your Dewalt rail order and the inconvenience it caused. We completely understand your frustration, especially after paying for expedited delivery. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we sincerely apologize for the extended wait.

We’ll be investigating what caused the delay in delivery to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. We also appreciate you taking the time to pick up the item from the depot, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.

If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [contact information]. We truly value your feedback and would love to improve your experience with us in the future.

Best regards,

Simply shocking communication

Simply shocking communication - parcel got delayed had to call and email to get anyone to look into it. They said it's damaged (fair enough, things happen), then said they dispatched another (no news since) this was a week ago.

Dear Todd,

We truly apologize for the lack of communication and the delays you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating it must be to not receive updates, especially after you’ve already reached out multiple times. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

We’re sorry to hear the replacement item hasn’t arrived yet, and we’ll make it a priority to get this resolved immediately. Could you please share your order number so we can look into it and ensure the new shipment is on its way to you?

Again, we deeply regret the frustration this has caused, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Ah yes, my 'experience...'

Ah yes, my 'experience' ~ I paid some 'money' and my things were delivered in good order and quite rapidly. That, surely would be enough? I still don't fully innerstand why millennialists and mercantilists are so fixated on having to rate 'the shopping experience' ~ it seems as much an addiction as say, kids' or parents' eyeballs glued to 'devices' every waking hour. Do such ratings materially affect the recipient? It all seems very lop-sided to me.

Cheapest on the web

Found them to be cheapest on the web. Order arrived quicker than stated. Very good service from start to end. Never used before, but certainly will again.
