Dear Gary,

We’re so sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with the delivery of your parcel. It’s concerning that the address label was incorrect and that the parcel was left outside, especially when the delivery was marked as "signed for." We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to retrieve the parcel.

This is certainly not the standard of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we will be following up with DHL to address the issues you've raised regarding the misdelivery and the inaccurate delivery confirmation.

Thank you for your patience, and please know we’re committed to ensuring this doesn't happen again. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at Sales@toolsy.co.uk.

Best regards,

5 star service. There was a problem caused by the courier which Toolsy sorted out. Best price I found, I'd recommend them.

A positive shopping experience

I ordered a garden tool from Toolsy on the evening of the 5th November. The order was delivered promptly on the 8th November. There was a little issue with the order. I sent an email to Toolsy's customer service on the evening of the 10th November. A reply from Toolsy's customer service was received just after 7am on the next morning the 11th. It was a very prompt response. A replacement was shipped out on the same day, the 11th November. I am very happy with my replacement and very satisfied with Toolsy's service.
