Didn’t post for a week

Didn’t post for a week. When I contacted them, was sent a shipping number. Item still not arrived 3 days later, I emailed again to be told some parts weren’t in stock.

Tool store great service

I buy on line at tool store because there prices are excellent 👌, Everything I've bought has arrived next day or two days at the latest and has been packaged 📦 really well.

My orders with toolstoredirect.co.uk

I have placed 4 or 5 orders with Tools Store Direct and every time they have been very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my orders. They always answered the phone when I have called. And done their very best to get my items to me A.S.A.P. Sure some orders have taken a bit longer but they do order some of the tools direct from the manufacturer as they understandably can't keep everything in stock so that can't be helped. They definitely have the cheapest prices around and every order I have placed has arrived in perfect condition and the tools are 100% genuine. The staff are very helpful and polite. And when I have called them about an order or out of stock item query they have made contact with the manufacturer for a lead time or any possible delays on the items I have ordered.
They have always returned my call with an order or item update. All round great reliable company that sell high quality tools for the best possible prices around. I will definitely be doing business with Tool Store Direct in the future.
