Working with Tom and his team has been extremely valuable, especially as a premed student juggling clinical experience, research, and everything else that comes with preparing for the MCAT and medical school applications. They helped me develop personalized strategies, beyond general study tips, that actually work in my busy life.

One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was learning to study effectively even when I didn’t have large blocks of time. I learned how to match my study sessions to my energy levels and how to reframe setbacks so they didn’t derail my whole week. Over the past three months, working with Tom and his team, I have grown both academically and personally. The study skills taught have entirely changed the way I view my studies, as I now feel confident going into lectures for the first time in my life. While targeted at studying, these skills have developed me as a person, allowing for personal growth in my personal life also. This would not have been possible without Tom and his team.

Through daily videos and one-to-one coaching sessions, I have developed lifelong skills that integrate into all aspects of my life, not just my studies. I'm now in a position where my lecturers have asked me to stop answering questions about previous material in lectures. While everyone looks at their notes, I'm now able to recall information quickly and efficiently without notes in front of me.

While Tom provides all the techniques and the foundations for success, it is through hard work and participation that these techniques truly become beneficial. Without the one-to-one coaching, the daily videos and weekly workshops, I would not be in the position I am now, where I'm looking forward to exams and assignments.

While I recognised early on in my course that I could do far better. It is Tom and his team that have made that a reality for me. I'm most thankful to him for everything.

As someone who has been going through university alone, with nobody's help or motivation, this felt like an amazing and fulfilling experience. I had been through many videos trying to improve my studying methods but nothing was completely working to its fullest. I reached out to Tom from an Instagram story ( it was completely random) my retaking exam was coming soon and I had only 1 month to prepare for them and in case if failureI would have had to quit my major. After I started my journey with Tom I felt the commitment right away. And Got a 16/20 on my history exam that I had been retaking for the past 2 years and 15/20 on my physics exam that used to make me anxious from failing it. I'm really happy that I got the chance to have Tom as a coach amd it was fully worth it ^^

I joined the study program proposed by Tom as a medical device professional who had just changed roles after 15 years in the same company. For the first time in over a decade, I found myself needing to learn new technologies quickly in a completely unfamiliar environment.

Over the past few months I have had the opportunity to work with Tom and his team. I contacted him because I was also taking part in the selection for medicine in addition to my studies. I sought help in combining this with the rest of my life, getting higher grades, stopping procrastination and most important being admitted to medicine.

During this time I was given tools to improve this and I certainly succeeded. My situation and the problems I experienced were looked at. I experienced the personal guidance as very positive. During this time, I have been accepted to medicine. A dream that has become true. Everything I have learned I will take with me in my medical studies and also in the rest of my life. Throughout this program, both Tom during the live group sessions and my 1-on-1 coach Dan were incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. I asked a lot of questions (sometimes the same ones in different ways), and every. single. time. they met me with the same patience and genuine desire to help. Both of their feedback was always detailed and clear, and most importantly made me feel as if no question was ever out of place. Working with Dan 1-1, he was able to help me tailor my study methods to the specific classes I was taking this semester, stay on track with my study goals, and clarify anything that I was uncertain about while using any study methods I learned in this program.

Before joining this program, I was stuck in procrastination due to fear of failure. I felt like if I couldn’t do something perfectly, it wasn’t worth doing at all. I relied only on flashcards and didn’t know how to prioritize between personal and academic tasks. But now, I feel more intentional with my time. The biggest transformation was in my mindset. I used to live with 100% perfectionism, and that mindset kept me frozen in place. Both Tom and Dan taught me how to shift toward a growth mindset, and that changed everything because I was no longer waiting for the “perfect plan/time” to start. This shift helped me actually apply the study strategies I was learning, rather than just collecting information and staying stuck.

Often, everyone focuses on productivity tools for their studies (which are important) but without the right mindset, it’s hard to consistently apply them in real life. What this program did was help me build a strong mental foundation first, which made it easier to incorporate habits like effective prioritization and realistic planning. It didn’t just help me become a better student—it helped me become more self-compassionate and more action-oriented in all areas of my life.

Before I started working with Tom, I struggled with planning and prioritizing my studies over work. I also didn’t know how to study. Thanks to Tom, I’ve learned how to manage my time better and really learned how to study. His help has made a real difference in both mindset and study habits. I never thought I could finish my master’s degree but I’m almost there. Thank you so much Tom!

Tom's teaching is excellent, but his positive energy is what really makes the difference. In our group calls, I could feel him seeing strengths in me and others that we didn't see in ourselves yet. His way of changing how you think about things was completely new to me.

I first came across Tom through one of his Instagram story questionnaires after following him for a few months. I didn’t think much of it at the time, so I was pleasantly surprised when he reached out and offered to set up a meeting.
