Yrityksen tiedot
Yrityksen kirjoittama
Toddla exists because screens became the default babysitter. Not because parents got lazy, but because nothing else worked in the hard moments: the flight, the back seat, the restaurant, the meltdown before dinner. Toy brands kept building for the living room floor. We build for the moments screens actually win. Our toys work differently. Most toys perform while your child watches, then get dropped for your phone. Toddla toys make the child do the work: buckles, latches, zips, and sorting their hands have to figure out. A screen entertains a toddler. A buckle challenges one, and toddlers can't resist a challenge. Every toy passes that test before we sell it, and over 300,000 families have shopped with us since 2021. If something's not right, one message sorts it.

I bought the travel book with all of…
I bought the travel book with all of the activities in it for my great-granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. When she opened the present her eyes got big and she said “Oooooo.” Her mother tells me that she loves it and plays with it all the time. It is very well made and has all kinds of activities in it that help with hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.

Great service.
Great service. Good products I purchased a set of picture flashcards and a cloth activity book.
What would have made it 5 star? The flashcards would be SO much better and easy to recognize if they had a photo of the item than the artist rendering.

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Julie! We’re delighted you were pleased with our service and products. Your suggestion about using photographs rather than illustrations on the flashcards is very helpful, and we’ll certainly share it with our product team for consideration. We truly appreciate your feedback!

The busy book is very nice
The busy book is very nice. I thought the fabric used to construct it was going to be a bit softer to the touch. I’m sure my granddaughter will enjoy it.

I bought these as gifts for my friends' children. The kids are absolutely facinated and enthralled. It is so gratifying to see them engrossed in something other than a screen. Their parents are incredibly grateful.

My niece has loves her busy book ever since she first experienced it at 3 months - I held her in my lap and let her touch and grasp each item on each page. The older she gets, the more time she likes to spend with it

Very disappointing experience
I purchased the fruit and vegetable sorting toys. When I ordered it from Toddla the storefront at the top of the page said USA so I assumed that is where the company was located. Upon receiving the item the package was noticeably smaller than how it appeared online. It appeared to be a choking hazard so when I tried to return it was told it would have to be mailed to Australia. Nowhere on there website did it mention returns going to Australia. If so I would never have purchased it. It was going to cost more to ship than I paid for item. When I contacted customer service they offered me a 30% refund and said I could keep item. When I escalated and mentioned reporting to Better Business Bureau and state’s attorney office they then offered a 50% refund. I turned it down. Buyer Beware!

Hi Karen,
We’re sorry the Sorting Set did not meet your expectations.
The pieces are designed as toddler-sized play food and are substantially larger than small choking-hazard parts. However, children should always use the toy according to its age guidance and under adult supervision.
Toddla is not represented as a US-based company. Our website automatically displays localized storefront information and currency based on a customer’s location for convenience. Our refund policy, available on the website before purchase, explains the applicable return process.
When you contacted us, we offered several resolutions in accordance with that policy, including a 30% refund without requiring a return. After reviewing your concerns about the international return cost, we escalated the matter and received exceptional approval to increase the offer to 50%, which you declined. This increase was granted following our internal review and was not made because you mentioned the Better Business Bureau or other authorities.
You are, of course, entitled to contact the Better Business Bureau or any appropriate consumer authority. We will cooperate fully and provide the relevant order information, policies, and communication history if requested.
We regret that we could not reach a resolution you found satisfactory, but our team made every reasonable effort to assist within the available options.
