Yrityksen tiedot
Yrityksen kirjoittama
Toddla exists because screens became the default babysitter. Not because parents got lazy, but because nothing else worked in the hard moments: the flight, the back seat, the restaurant, the meltdown before dinner. Toy brands kept building for the living room floor. We build for the moments screens actually win. Our toys work differently. Most toys perform while your child watches, then get dropped for your phone. Toddla toys make the child do the work: buckles, latches, zips, and sorting their hands have to figure out. A screen entertains a toddler. A buckle challenges one, and toddlers can't resist a challenge. Every toy passes that test before we sell it, and over 300,000 families have shopped with us since 2021. If something's not right, one message sorts it.

Busy book
She loved pulling the straps off. Loves opening and closing the doors to see the shirt. Also the different textures, especially the face she calls a spider .

Pulling straps, opening doors, exploring textures, and deciding the face is a “spider” sounds like an excellent day of play! We love the imagination, Jeff, and we’re delighted the Busy Book has been such a hit. 🕷️

GEOMETRIC EGGS
We recently got the geometric egg set and my daughter absolutely loved them. They went everywhere with us this weekend and she even asked to play with them before bed time last night!

I had concerns on the safety of there products… do not buy
I had concerns on the safety of their toys after receiving the certificate stating it complies with uk safety standards, I copied the certificate that was sent to me and put it into CHATGPT, it does not, the certificate number is not valid,
The item had not been shipped so I emailed them twice to cancel,
Within a hour a receipt email came into my inbox saying it had been shipped, texts and emails from this company are AI generated they are not a person, I will be contacting my bank to say this is a scam, I have been given their help line site information so let’s wait and see.
If it does arrive I will be asking for postage to me paid by them!!!

Hi Lyn,
We’re genuinely sorry this experience has caused you concern. Product safety is extremely important to us, and we take all questions about compliance documentation seriously.
The information returned by ChatGPT appears to state that it could not independently verify the certificate online, rather than confirming that the certificate is invalid. Test reports are not always publicly searchable, so the most reliable method of verification is to contact the issuing laboratory directly using independently obtained contact details. We’re happy to provide the relevant documentation and assist with that process.
Our records also show that when your cancellation request was received, the parcel had already been dispatched and had been in transit for several days. The shipping confirmation email may have arrived later, but the parcel had already entered the courier network and could no longer be stopped.
Please email support@toddla.co with your order number so a member of our team can personally review the shipment and the available options with you. For your privacy, please do not share your order details publicly.
We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns thoroughly and help resolve this matter.

Fun, Engaging & Great for Fine Motor Skills
We absolutely love the Toddla Busy Book! It has been such a hit with my daughter and keeps her entertained while I’m making dinner or cleaning up the house. It’s become one of those things I can grab when I need an easy, screen-free activity.
It’s especially great when we’re out to dinner or heading out on a road trip because it gives her something to do and keeps her little hands busy. I also love that she’s learning while she plays. The different zippers, buckles, velcro, and other activities are great for practicing fine motor skills and coordination without it feeling like she is learning.
It’s definitely become a go-to in our house, and I love having something that is both fun and beneficial for her development!

Madison, your review captures exactly why we created the Busy Book. Something that keeps little hands happily occupied, builds useful skills, and occasionally lets a parent finish dinner while it is still warm feels like a very respectable household achievement!
We love hearing that it has become one of your dependable favourites at home, in restaurants, and on road trips. Thank you for describing your experience so thoughtfully. It means more to our team than you know.
