Toddla exists because screens became the default babysitter. Not because parents got lazy, but because nothing else worked in the hard moments: the flight, the back seat, the restaurant, the meltdown before dinner. Toy brands kept building for the living room floor. We build for the moments screens actually win. Our toys work differently. Most toys perform while your child watches, then get dropped for your phone. Toddla toys make the child do the work: buckles, latches, zips, and sorting their hands have to figure out. A screen entertains a toddler. A buckle challenges one, and toddlers can't resist a challenge. Every toy passes that test before we sell it, and over 300,000 families have shopped with us since 2021. If something's not right, one message sorts it.

Different settings, interesting bristles, and a child who enjoys using it sounds like a pretty successful combination! We’re delighted it has been easy to use, Shannon. Anything that makes brushing less of a negotiation deserves a little celebration. 😄

Diane, we are fully invested in this Christmas mission! 🎄 If it keeps your granddaughter happily occupied and gives the real tree even a small chance of keeping its decorations, we’ll call that a festive success. We hope she loves it when the big day arrives!

She loves the strings and the puzzle pieces! She can sit and play independently for at least 30 minutes trying to work things out. I really like it because all the Knick knacks are various difficulties so if she’s getting frustrated with one thing, she can move to something easier and come back when she’s ready. Definitely a great investment!

I have a busy 15 month old and this toddler book has been a blessing for us. We take it every where- to the grocery store, car rides, on a plane. My baby has learned his 1-5 numbers because of it and I can’t be more grateful! 🥹

Product as described, it's very well made and I know that my 1 year old grandson will get lots of use and learning from it. I love the bright colours which is going to be a hit with little ones too. It was purchased as a Christmas gift. Looking forward to giving him his gifts this year he was way too tiny last year. Excellent quality and great value for money.

Update: they replied with more lies. Nothing was sent to me, I checked spam and all in the inbox. They are a gaslighting business

We’re sorry you have not seen our responses. We have reviewed the conversation and can confirm that our team replied to every message you sent. The issue is therefore not that your emails were ignored, but that our replies appear not to have reached your main inbox.
Please check your spam, junk, and filtered folders, as this is the most likely reason you have not seen them. Adding support@toddla.co to your safe senders list should also prevent further replies from being filtered.

I placed an order for the whale and it was just a matter of hours later. I received a text message from Katie, confirming my email address and my home whether it’s a home or it’s an apartment then she sent me some links to other things that I might like to go with my whale honestly the Customer Service is beyond anything I have experienced and it was nice speaking to a person before the order comes I now have a really great feeling. This is going to be an amazing product. Will post more after I receive it, but you can’t beat the Customer Service.

Don't be tricked like me
Please do not buy from this company for several reasons.
First I placed my order because I was told my order would be despatched within an hour if I placed it now. As I wanted it for a flight 9 days later I placed it immediately. I received several emails pretty much immediately one of which offered to include any other item I might wish to purchase in the parcel. I ignored this and presumed my order would be dispatched within the hour as promised. My order was not dispatched until several days later, even though I received emails implying it was on its way or about to be dispatched. I emailed them to which I received very plausible replies. I knew I would not get the item in time so waited for it to he delivered. I received it 13 days after my order - not good enough.
Second When I opened the package I couldn't believe what I saw. One leaf within the book. So 4 pages of activities. I thought it would have been 8 pages. I feel embarrassed having to give this to my daughter who has been waiting patiently for it for her child.
Third The price is outrageous, £30 for 4 pages and the quality is not brilliant.
Fourth I have since found out how it works. The larger board is advertised on social media with a lovely video and picture. Below it is a link to 'Shop now' for this item at 50% reduction ie £60/61 to.£30/31. However, the link takes you straight into the lesser product with an 'Add to Cart' button. I feel this is a huge marketing con and unfortunately I fell for it. PLEASE DON'T BE CAUGHT OUT LIKE ME.

Hi Heather,
We’re sorry this experience left you disappointed.
Just to clarify, Toddla does not promise dispatch within an hour. Our usual dispatch timeframe is 1–2 business days, and your order was delayed slightly during a temporary fulfilment backlog. We did keep you updated during that time, and the parcel ultimately arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, although we completely understand that it did not suit your travel plans.
Regarding the Busy Board, we advertise both the Standard and Plus versions across our marketing. The product page allows customers to choose between the two, with the Plus version including the additional activity pages and marked with a “+” when selecting the variant.
The advertisement does not only lead to the Standard version. It takes customers to the product page where both versions are available to select, and in this case the Standard Busy Board was the version selected at checkout.
We understand that the difference between the two versions was not as clear to you as you expected, and we have taken that feedback seriously. However, the item received did match the version that was ordered.
We’re always looking for ways to make our product options and messaging even clearer, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

We put a lot of effort into keeping customers updated and making sure no one feels left wondering, so hearing that the communication stood out to you means a lot. And “double the 5 stars” may be our favourite compliment yet. 💛

Dear parents,
Dear parents,
We had this over a month not and I can tell you all, that this product definitely doesn't do what a regular toothbrush does, yes its fun and easy, but looking from practical side it doesn't clean tight gaps, doesn't remove anything of gums or teeth its just too soft and too big to get there ,Love your child put more effort to help them clean their teeth, spend extra time ,but this product is definitely not a solution.
Yes there's a positive side of using this product , I watched my kid and how he enjoyed ,it brings lots of fun using a different vibration frequencies.
But still as a father I do care about his future health and i preferre switch back to our well known method a toothbrush.
If Toddla will continue improving their product i most definitely will give another try .

Hi Ernest,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
We’re glad to hear you found the product fun and easy to use. It’s designed to help make brushing more engaging for little ones and support better brushing habits, rather than replace the care and attention of a regular brushing routine.
We really appreciate your comments about reaching tighter areas, as feedback like this is genuinely helpful when we review and improve our products.
Thanks again for sharing your experience with us.
