I feel like I’ve experienced a bait and…
Update: Titan's Kitchen sent several emails and after repeating a number of times, I got a person who understood my concern, BUT since I did not screenshot what happened or order a second pan my word is, apparently, fiction to them. The last email said no one else had ever had an after-purchase offer online. I tried then to stop the order since I'd not received tracking or shipping, but instantly got response that it had been shipped from China. I am looking into how I can refuse the package as I no longer feel I can trust this company.
I feel like I’ve experienced a bait and switch.
I’ve watched the website for months waiting for a sale when I get a notice for sale I look at the website and it’s the same price. It’s been for months when I complained to the company they nicely gave me a 15% discount so I went back on the site and ordered the pan. I want it which they assured me was the lowest price currently available as soon as the order went through and I paid for it then a pop-up offered me the same pan for $30 less. I’m curious why can they not just be straight and honest and give me the lowest price I sent another email telling them how my feelings and asking for a correction or cancel the order but I have not gotten a response to that email

Good pan generally
The frying pan I bought is great quality, works very well in my induction hub and is extremely easy to clean. I just wish the handle was removable as I can't put it under the grill to brown dishes.

Pretty pan
Pretty pan, heats up fast. Unfortunately the screws at the handle keep coming loose, hate that I have to tighten them every time. Noticed when cleaning that I had to rescrub again because of food residue. I've used avocado oil to season the pan, but food still sticks. This pan drives me crazy!

Regarding sticking, seasoning is only part of the process — proper preheating and temperature control usually make the biggest difference. Once the pan is properly preheated, adding a small amount of oil or butter before the food can produce much better results.

Titan’s Kitchen is a legitimately registered business in New Mexico. The suggestion that we simply “act like” our company is registered there is therefore incorrect.
Regarding returns, customers are able to return eligible products for a full refund in accordance with our published return policy. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and our support team provides the appropriate return instructions and address. We do not refuse returned parcels to prevent customers from receiving refunds.
Regarding sticking, our pans do not rely on a traditional synthetic non-stick coating, but following the simple instructions you will have non-stick performance (as many reviews point out). Proper preheating and following the cooking instructions provided generally makes a significant difference, and our team is always happy to provide additional guidance.

The 12 inch pan is more like a 10 inch…
I ordered on Aug 15 and it arrived on the 22 so not bad compared to other reviews.
However, the 12 inch pan is more like a 10 inch wok. Currently working with customer service but it's the largest pan they offer and only provides 10 inches of cooking surface. Not able to replace my hexclad with actually 12 inches of cooking surface. I've taken pictures but can't figure out how to attach. I'll update when I get to the bottom with customer service. So far they only confirmed I received the 12 inch pan and they didn't have a larger one.
I was able to season and cook some eggs on the 30th successfully but only big enough for 2 people at a time vs the 4 advertised for the 12 inch. If I had wanted a 10 inch I'd be happy but I can only imagine the 10 has an 8 inch cooking surface.
After 18 emails with customer service and them really wanting me to take a 20% refund I finally got the return address. "Please find the return address below:

China" a quick Google search of that address prompts you to report the fraud to your credit card. We'll see how that goes. I'm giving it two stars so it stands out more from the 1 star and helps more people find it. Would not recommend this company. Update on September 18th 2026
I did promptly get the 20% from titans kitchen as promised and given I did get a product that is usable I only put in for a partial refund with USAA my credit card company and they approved after reviewing my case so in the end with both TK and my CC refund I got $60 back from the $130 spent on a pan that's 2 inches smaller than I expected. It does seem to cook well and I can use it when I'm cooking for myself vs my family or making smaller dishes so as long as it lasts I'll be happy with it for the end price of $70 bucks I wound up having to pay without being charged that to mail it back to China. 13 October 26

We understand your concern regarding the size. Our pan sizes are measured across the full diameter at the top of the pan, which is the standard way frying pan dimensions are specified. Because the sides slope inward toward the base, the flat cooking surface will naturally be smaller than the listed overall diameter.

Arrival and first cook
Well it took quite a while to receive the pans so I was pretty excited to try them out. They arrived is good condition with a beautiful coating of titanium as expected. I seasoned as directed, then for my first cook I made a couple of fried eggs. Used a little butter and pan heated up faster than I expected, eggs stuck just a bit but probably just needs a little more use and seasoning. Next cook was grilled cheese which came out amazing.

One more thing i want to add is the packaging was very poor the outside circumference metal ring was dent during the shipment and package collapse. But i can live with the damaged cover

Titan's Kitchen is a SCAM COMPANY
Titan's Kitchen operates a SCAM COMPANY with absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction! I do not say this lightly but have written them multiple emails with few replies.
They ONLY work by email and did not respond to my complaint which was that the two boxes that arrived were dented and crushed inside the shipping bag. When opened, the top-flap of the larger box was stuffed INSIDE the box! That top-flap has a little white handle but the entire flap was INSIDE the box! It looked like it was a bad return to a Costco warehouse and could hardly be given as a special gift the way I had intended.
The company is totally defensive saying that they "package things with great care", but honestly, how can you courier two heavy frying pans in a PLASTIC BAG and call that care? Care is when you double-box a heavy item to ensure it travels well. Instead, Titan's Kitchen blamed the courier. (but hey, the courier did not put the box flap inside the box!) If a company like Kitchen Aid can safely deliver their heavy mixers, surely Titan's Kitchen can double-box their pans.
With flowery language their email said they were sorry and they understood why I was upset. Then they suggested I keep the product and accept a 10% refund! Really? Absolutely NO integrity!
They do not have a phone line dedicated to customer service so nothing happens quickly. This is clearly by design. They have an auto-response to emails saying they will reply within 24 hours. The truth is that they only responded to some of my emails emails and again, they skirt around taking any responsibility. They truly operate like a scam online company that just wants to get your money. If their product actually is any good, where is their pride in packaging it well and ensuring customer satisfaction?
I want to return these two frying pans which are themselves in perfect condition despite the poor packaging. I have taken photos of them because I am actually fearful that Titan's Kitchen will make up another excuse for why they can't refund me the full amount.
I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have been writing honest public reviews about how incredibly terrible my experience has been.
Since placing my order, I have had nothing but grief. The gift that I was so excited to give has brought nothing but heartache.
This is not an upstanding company AT ALL! To do right by me, they should be offering me a free return and a full refund. Will they do this or will they just blame the courier and hide behind their return policy? A forthright company would do exactly this. I will be posting again because their quickest replies are on this public forum.
Shameful, shameful business practice.

My chemical free cookware.
The fact that I can get titanium pots to go with the titanium fry pan I have. I've always cooked with cast iron but I'm 80 and my large pan is getting very heavy for me. Since using my titanium pan I'm excited about the Titan pots I just ordered. I don't have to be so careful of the utensils I use either. I've read the info and reviews and really liked what they had to say. I garden and can my veggies for the winter months. Now I don't have to worry about chemicals leaching into my foods. I'm pretty healthy and working to stay that way. Thanks for your help.
