Tiptrans Arvostelua 820

It seems to take forever for Tiptrans to start the order process and they are not responsive to messages. I have 3 assisted online purchase order requests. I’ve been waiting 5-6 days for them to simply confirm the price so I can pay and then they can contact the seller and request purchase. Also, I’m almost out of my free storage because they’ve taken so long with processing my other orders. It’s very frustrating!

Got a package delivered from Germany to Ireland and it arrived through DHL and then on to An Post. Paid around €20 for a small package but no other fees or customs etc Gaston was super helfpul with customer service and queries.

While in transit through China, I lost an item that was found just hours after my departure. The lost and found department could only send the item within China, and communication proved difficult due to small administrative issues, taking almost a month; many emails, and multiple fruitless overseas calls. One call from Tiptrans to the airline resolved the issue. The item was sent to their warehouse and returned to its owner (me) within a few days.

Have been using TipTrans for a while now. Every delivery has been perfect and without any issues so far. Thanks!

Au début ça passe très bien . Je fais beaucoup des commandes.
Un jour j’ai fait consolidation pour quelques parcelles en précisant que je souhaite être livré par China post . Mais j’avais pas de choix pour choisir le china post . Ils répondent même pas à mes messages .

This company is a scam. After receiving the package, they requested that I top up the account in my personal account and fill out documents for further shipment. Even after completing these formalities, they asked me to top up the personal account again. After I did so, they refused to send the package any further. They also refused to return it to the sender unless I made yet another deposit into the personal account.

It seems this is why PayPal even blocked them. In the end, the package was left on their warehouse shelf. I believe they simply stole it. I strongly advise against doing business with this fraudulent company!

Au regard d'autres compagnies qui offrent ce genre de prestation , je trouve que TIPTRANS est trop compliqué à utiliser, aussi, j'ai décidé de clôturer mon compte de chez eux.

As of now i have ordered a single item from hong kong using tiptrans, the account charging is slightly clunky but the assisted purchase is flexible enough, i was able to get a genuine limited clothing item and have it shipped to the US in 7 days.
