When will tippp reinstate the bitcoin option? I feel like it is very reckless for a gpt site to remove their most preferred payment method without communicating reasons, return dates, next steps, etc.

I never had single problem with redeeming any points with them and have always received my bitcoin voucher with no problem until now when I received my money I went to get my bitcoin voucher just as I've always done but for some reason they removed the bitcoin vouchers and I can only get gift cards to restaurants or shopping stores and I personally don't want that I want to be able to redeem for bitcoin like I always have

Can't login and no rewards, I waited A MONTH since they said 14 days and i still didnt get anything and now I can't login I feel like ive been scammed out of my time and money

I was banned for no reason. Sure, the site might take 2 weeks to pay out its users, however I was banned for no reason, maybe because the site didn't want to pay out

I used to love Tippp.io but sadly they have some problems right now with cashouts :(

I got my $5 redeem link 2 days ago but I didn't check it until now and it says that something is wrong and I can't redeem it and that I have to contact customer support, it is ok I know that they are having a difficult time but as I read before, the process of checking is done before sending the link not after! so what is wrong? I got confirmed that I am eligible for a card then when I went to redeem it for real I gotta contact someone? I have tried many websites that are similar but they grew up slowly and steady, I guess this exploding advertising for the website should have been slower and with more attention to the process.
I want to mention also that I am not a new customer! I have a success withdrawal before, and I have 17K points on my account that I can't redeem.
I hope you guys do better, I really enjoyed your offers, but I guess you need to figure it out.

I've sent several tickets to the support center with no response and they didn't solve me the problem. I redeemed long time ago and till now I can't redeem the rest of my points.

Been waiting about 15 days to get the reward.It is not a trusted app and it doesn't pay its users as most of them are complainting about this fact here.It seems that the owners are not there. It doesn't pay and it doesn't respond to requests. Don't waste your time. It won't pay.

Since then I go to request another cash out and it says I must wait for my first order to be approved, it had to have been approved as I received it October 10th....... sent in a support request and haven't received a response.

It tells you that y'll receive your payment within 2 days then suddenly it changes its policy. I think that we can't trust such an app. I don't think it is gonna pay after a week. Anyways hope the founders find a solution for the infinite problems of this app
