Hi Mushtaq, we're sorry you felt the need to leave this review. We have spoken to our Lichfield Sales Office and they say that they delivered the day earlier than originally booked when ordering through our website. We only offer a Morning or Afternoon delivery slot and not a precise delivery hour timeslot. They communicated the change to you.

Always been good but people are rude
Always been good. But had a couple of incidents. I'm there waiting at the till. Couple of staff members chatting away. Bloke on the till just finishing an order. No eye contact. No I'll be with ya in a moment nothing. Even once put phone down still no acknowledgement. Just seems a bit rude. I ended up walking out and going to another builders merchants

Long wait for email confirmation order…
Long wait for email confirmation order was ready had to ring up the Lichfield office. When collecting my order there was no opperative about for 20 minutes

Great service
Easy to use website and very fast turnaround. Collection was simple and staff very helpful. First time I have used Tipoers but am sure i will use again.
