The webpage is so convincing, just like any other business selling Weber bbq’s. The price seemed very low so I check companies house records on Keeran Engineering Limited, the registered company. All looked fine so I ordered a Weber 43 Slate. The Oder details came up on screen but no notification email, then payment pending to Purple Iris Foundation showed on my credit card. I immediately contacted my bank to stop it before the transaction completed but was advised because it was on credit card I had to leave it then once it had gone through raise a fraud report. Seems crazy! I reported it to action fraud and their reply rejected it stating”A fraud or cyber crime having been recorded has not been allocated for investigation because the assessment process has determined there are insufficient lines of enquiry to warrant such dissemination. WHAT MORE DO THEY NEED? AVOID OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY

Do not buy or attempt to buy anything from this company. It’s a scam. I paid for a Weber bbq but never received a confirmation email from them. Tried ringing them but the number does not exist. Now hoping that HSBC can refund the payment.

I am so gutted I didn't check trustpilot before buying through this website. No email confirmation, phone number doesn't work, emails are ignored and business address isn't legit.

I now have to wait to try and reclaim my money through Monzo which could take months.

I bought a Weber bbq. No email confirmation. I contacted Amex, they returned my money. I sent a message to Google saying that it is a scam website, but they still allowing them. Unbelievable how it is possible, just use AI to track the reviews, send a random email and wait for for answers, clearly they can see that it is a scam and block them. ZERO Star

Just tried to buy a Weber BBQ at a really good price. I paid by card using Apple Pay but the site then disappeared without a confirmation and there was no conformation email. A check on my CC account showed that the payment had gone to Charlottes Black Dogs, which is a private animal charity, who I’m sure are not aware that their name is being used. Fortunately the payment was still pending so I contacted my CC company and raised a fraud case, The payment has now been stopped and will not be processed. However, I have now had my card stopped pending replacement as a precaution against further fraud using my card details and home address. I don’t know how google can allow companies like this to appear as one of their sponsored sites.

Bought a bbq. Paid by credit card. K-engi used Stripe for the payment. No acknowledgement of order and no bbq so started to get concerned.
Credit card Statement showed payment to (an entity) in Bangor, Maine, USA. Reported to my credit company and set up a dispute. Will have to await the outcome of that but wishing I'd avoided K-engi.

Unfortunately didn’t look here on trust pilot before I too brought a webber BBQ.

Payment transaction switched to “a child’s promise” at the payment gateway. Then found this review 😟 It was a Weber BBQ at a good price that fooled me. Awaiting to hear from credit card company to cancel this transaction.

They may be scammers. Such a contacts does not exist.

This is a scam website and they are using my home address and my company associated with the address which the scammers have found on Companies House. The actual company is NOT for selling BBQs so please do not buy anything on this website. It is fake.

Also been scammed. Ordered. Never processed, no reply to emails, number doesnt work.

Oh dear - I got caught out with this company. I thought I was buying a BBQ at a really great price, paid on line then went to check my emails for a receipt. No email so I have cancelled my card and now have to wait until the payment is debited from my account before I can try and recover the money. Have since checked online and found out they're a scam - so please avoid!!!

Tried to call and email.
Emails bounce back and phone does not even ring.
