I recently hired the YoYo Baby Zen from Tiny Explorers Rentals for a trip abroad with my son, and it was an absolute lifesaver. I was travelling alone with him, so I needed a pram that was efficient, practical, and easy to manage on my own and this exceeded all expectations.

I was able to take the pram all the way onto the plane and even push him down the aisles to get to our seats, which made travelling so much less stressful. The whole experience was seamless.

This is the second time I’ve used Tiny Explorers Rentals, and it definitely won’t be the last. Highly recommend to any parents travelling with little ones.

Great communication from Tiny Explorers! And great products! We travelled to Australia from Scotland with our 7 and 10 year olds, we had the blow up foot rest for our 7 year old which was amazing! Hoped on the flight got comfy and off to sleep! Highly recommended. We also had the blow up back pillow (seat to sleep) for both our kids! Amazing! They both said they were super Comfy!

Hired a child carrier for a weekend away to trial out whether we should buy one. Package was sent promptly and arrived well ahead of the date I’d requested. Item was exactly as expected/advertised - clean, good quality and all accessories stored in pockets.Returns are really easy to do with instructions provided and costs covered. Extremely smooth process and already looking at booking my next hire!

Amazing experience renting the FlyAway kit from Tiny Explorers for our 3-week India trip on Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy! The kit was high quality, super practical, and made travelling with our little one so much easier. Rentals were seamless, communication was excellent, and everything arrived in great condition. Highly recommend for stress-free family travel!

I have used Tiny Explorers on a number of ocassions. I couldn’t think if using a different company! Their customer service is phenomenal, nothing is too much for them even answering questions outside their hours. They are really the most helpful!
On my most recent rental the buggy was dropped off 5 days before hand at no additional cost to make sure i had the buggy for my alloted time due to christmas and New Year. How amazing is that?!
Are the buggys pristene, no. Do i expect them to be, also no. They are rentals, well loved and well worn. I can tell yoh what the most certainly are- CLEAN. You can smell the clean on them and the handy tag confirming the clean, who cleaned it and when is also helpful.

I returned a hired item 5 days late over the Christmas period. I fully accept that and was invoiced a late fee by Tiny Explorers, which I paid in full and on time.

After accepting my payment, they then attempted to withdraw the “goodwill” discount they had applied to the invoice and demanded additional money, sending a second Stripe payment link and threatening debt collectors.

They repeatedly claimed they were legally entitled to withdraw a paid discount, even after I pointed out (correctly) that once an invoice is issued, paid, and accepted, the matter is settled under UK contract law.

They then escalated to threatening Small Claims Court proceedings for the same already-paid amount, and tried to intimidate me for saying I would leave a negative review.

At one point they even sent me a Google search link as “legal justification” for their position.

This went from a straightforward late-return fee (which I paid without dispute) into an aggressive and deeply unprofessional attempt to extract more money after settlement.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. Mistakes happen, but how a business behaves after payment tells you everything you need to know.

Fantastic experience with Tiny Explorers. We hired a Flyaway bed for a long haul flight and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! Brilliant item but also great customer service- stem arrived on time and whole experience has been so easy and smooth. Have already recommended this item and company to loads of friends to help on long flights.

We rented the Maxi Cosy Opal when our daughter had surgery and was in a hip spica cast. Before renting, Tiny. explorers answered all my questions via their WhatsApp service. It was delivered on time, in immaculate condition and when I want to return earlier than stated they sorted me the return label

We hired 3 x plane pals for use over the Xmas holidays. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. When I had questions, communications were quick and helpful. An ideal solution for us to make travelling long-haul with 3 kids without having to pay a fortune for stuff we might only use once or twice! Will definitely be using again and recommending to others!

I wanted to love this company, but like so many others here had the same experience. I didn’t even really mind that one of the items I received was faulty (even though I had to really push to get a replacement which I thought was a bit outrageous) It was the sarcastic, defensive and patronising tone of whoever is behind the WhatsApp chat. I just don’t understand how, after so many reviews stating the same thing that this company allow staff to chat to customers this way? I only assume it must be the owner that is the one chatting to customers as not sure how any other boss would allow it. In addition to the tone of all the messages, I received passive aggressive screenshots circling things from their website with arrows pointing to sentences. I’ve never ever experienced customer service like it! Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame as it’s a great concept and idea with a good range of products, but let down by appalling customer service.
I have to agree with other comments that the recent flurry of 5 star reviews claiming very specifically the correspondence and customer service was ‘professional’ don’t seem to be that legit after reading the other reviews..
