I wasn't sure about taking any kind of Urolithin A product but I decided to try Timeline to see if it makes any difference at all. I took it for a while and WOW did it make a difference. I ride my bike 25 miles every morning and 40 miles on Saturday. I used to be sore afterwards but now I feel great. I would and have recommended this to everyone I know.

I'm a 67-year-old man who woke up one March morning in 2026 at 232 lb. My pants didn't fit and I didn't look or feel right. I started an exercise journey which was kind of simple: just walking in the park. I lost a couple of pounds immediately as usual but then there was the plateau.

The Timeline Mitopure product has been a quality product that sits towards the top of my supplement stack because of its proven Urolithin A benefits for increasing muscle strength, which I have personally experienced while using it. I love that you can choose your delivery as well, between the softgels, gummies, or powder. I have used all 3, and enjoy having the flexibility to choose what best suits my needs at the time. Timeline Mitopure has made a world of difference in my life! I was working a desk job for 8 hours a day and going through perimenopause. I felt like my leg muscles were atrophying because I could barely go up or down one flight of stairs without my leg muscles shaking.
