I have been a long-term customer of Timeline and have taken Mitopure regularly. One of the reasons I chose the product was Timeline’s emphasis on scientific evidence and clinical research.

I recently received marketing from Timeline promoting its Mitopure Firming Serum and referring to an 8-week randomized clinical trial. I was genuinely interested, so I asked a few fairly straightforward questions about the research: what control was used, what the measured effect sizes were for wrinkles and firmness, and whether there was evidence of an additional benefit from topical Mitopure for someone already taking oral Mitopure.

The response I received was AI-generated and acknowledged that it could not verify or answer these questions. I asked for my questions to be forwarded to someone on the scientific team and subsequently followed up again. I have received no response.

I find this particularly disappointing from a company whose brand is so heavily built around science. If clinical research is used to market a product, customers should be able to ask for the actual results behind those claims and receive a meaningful answer.

This experience has unfortunately made me question my confidence in the brand more broadly. It does not mean that Mitopure itself is ineffective, but it has prompted me to look much more critically at the published evidence rather than relying on Timeline’s presentation of it.

I would be very happy to update this review if Timeline provides a substantive response to the questions I asked.

I believe Mitopure gave me my life back!

I'm giving THIS company 5 stars. The real reason I am posting this is to give a 'buyer beware' message. There is a FAKE company trying to sell this product. Thankfully, the actual company put me on to this fraud. I am in dispute with the purchase with Affirm. Y'all be careful out there.

Mitopure has been part of my daily routine for years, which probably says more than anything else I could write!
