J’ai passé commande chez Timelessjump et je suis vraiment ravie de mon expérience. Les cordes à sauter sont de très belle qualité : légères, rapides et agréables à utiliser. On sent tout de suite la différence lors de l’entraînement.
Je tiens aussi à souligner le service client, qui a été exceptionnel. L’équipe est réactive, humaine et très attentionnée. Malgré un petit souci au départ, ils ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable et ont tenu leurs engagements jusqu’au bout. J’ai même reçu une corde offerte, et elle est parfaite !
C’est rare aujourd’hui de tomber sur une marque aussi sérieuse et engagée envers ses clients. Je recommande vivement Timeless à tous ceux qui cherchent du matériel fiable et un service irréprochable.

If you by something you automatically get a free trial for their rope club, which is then changed to a paid membership after one month without further notification. The option to cancel the trail is hidden somewhere in the fine print, and if you don't use the trial you will not find it at all.

Update:
After sending an mail to the customer service of the shop and explaining my problems I got a refund without any discussion. I'm very happy with this solution.
To be fair, it is my responsibility to read the conditions. I have also checked the emails from the club and there was clearly written that the membership is only free for the first month, if you don't cancel you have to pay.
I'm a little bit ashamed to write a bad review without giving the other side the time to respond. I hope the club will accept my excuse.
And sorry for my bad English. Not my native language.

A la recherche de cordes à sauter de qualité, j'ai profité de l'offre Timeless, 1 corde à sauter achetée, 1 offerte.
Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat. Cordes de qualité, envoi soigné. Petit bémol sur les abonnements gratuits inclus dans ma commande. Ces derniers deviennent payant au bout de 21 jours. Si comme moi vous n'êtes pas intéressé par ce genre de service, ne pas oublier de le signaler dans les mails de suivi. Chose que je n'ai pas faite. Heureusement pour moi, le service client a été très réactif et a procédé à l'annulation de l'abonnement avec, normalement, le remboursement de la somme prélevée.
Donc petit conseil, bien prendre le temps de tout lire.
Je recommande le site Timeless pour la qualité de leurs produits et la réactivité de leur service clients.

I've been jumping rope for a year, and I bought the Timeless Jump rope. My progress was phenomenal, and I saw incredible results in just two months. For me, it's the best jump rope on the market right now. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

I ordered 2 ropes they arrived quickly and are very easy to use i am not in very good shape but was able to start doing double unders almost right away. also I mistake order and they refunded me with no hassel
