Très déçu de voir que quand je commande le produit, celui-ci part de Chine directement 🤷🏼‍♀️ c est quoi la différence entre celle que vous vendez sur votre site et celle de TEMU OU ALIEXPRESS ? Qui ressemble exactement à la vôtre .. jouer sur la carte ‘ marque Suisse premium ‘ c est limite et faux en plus ! Je veux savoir ce qui justifie la différence de prix. Sachez qu’ils supprime également les messages de ce genre sur leur Instagram ! Ce qui prouve bien le non sérieux de cette enseigne .. 2 semaines que j’attends, toujours rien et plus d’informations à jour au niveau livraison à éviter c est du pur dropshipping et mensonger en plus.

Ordered it more than two weeks ago and still have not received my jump ropes. The delivery lag time is ridiculous. In 16 days, I've also received 8 marketing emails, which is excessive.

I ordered the Untangled Beginner Bundle and l received it really quickly considering l live in Australia. The skipping rope is excellent quality and the Untangled App is way beyond what l expected, there are so many instruction videos, progression advice, nutrition advice and recipes, a community board where l can ask questions, it’s all fantastic. The customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Swissskip, they are the real deal. Thank you.

I ordered the beginner’s bundle that comes with the lifetime membership and I got the rope delivered in just 2 weeks which isn’t long. Moreover, when I contacted customer service to activate my lifetime membership, their response was very prompt and got it all sorted out quite quick. The rope has a very smooth nice finish and for me it’s quite a good quality and it definitely is more fun and easier to jump rope with it compared to the other speed rope I got. I’m not sure as to how far the bad reviews go as I was hesitant at first when reading them but I’m very glad I made the order and am very satisfied with the product and customer service. Keep it up guys!

They are very good at responding quickly to questions quickly. The product is fabulous and the workouts on the app they have are great.

Took 1 month to get it and now then wont reply on their emails nor website forms.

運動はしたことなかった。しかしこのロープを見て初めて、飛んでみたいと思った。消耗品であるだろうが、おしゃれな色と、ユニークな形は魅力的で、玄関に飾るだけで気持ちも上がる。
注文は簡単で、店は快く応じてくれる。
丁寧だし、日本からでも安心して頼める。

Ich habe bei swissskip.ch das Untangled Beginner Bundle für 67 € gekauft (2 Springseile + App-Zugang), nachdem die Seile auf Instagram als hochwertig beworben wurden.
Nach Erhalt war ich extrem enttäuscht: Die Springseile machten auf mich einen billigen Eindruck und wirkten wie typische Importware, die man anderswo für einen Bruchteil des Preises bekommt.
Ich wollte deshalb sofort von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Der Support hat mir zwar geantwortet, aber ich soll die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach Zürich in die Schweiz zurückschicken. Die Versandkosten sind dafür unverhältnismäßig hoch.
Seit meiner letzten E-Mail vor über 2 Wochen gibt es außerdem keine Antwort mehr vom Support.
Mein Fazit: Viel Marketing, aus meiner Sicht keine entsprechende Produktqualität, und bei der Rückgabe bleibt man auf hohen Kosten sitzen. Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

My order was excellent, the ropes the color is nice , only comment in the order bringing just one schedule or calendar card , , my order was 3 ropes . But only bringing one ..but Thank you so much , I enjoyed the promotion, haha , great !!

I haven’t started to use my ropes (yet!) but their customer service was fantastic when I had a question about the app! So efficient I couldn’t even believe it! ☺️

I bought the weighted tope and LOVE IT much better quality from another ropes I had in the past. I just bought 3 more.

I was hoping it would be a little heavier, but I still hope to learn how to use it. Customer service was excellent. Shipping was fairly quick. All in all, satisfactory overall.

During the order of the Beginner bundle I've received a notification to expect little delay - it was still during a big promotion campaign so it was expected, but I did received the package within mentioned time frame. The quality of the ropes is superior, but I had issues with the app - I wasn't able to start any course and was asked for subscription even though a Lifetime access for the app is included in the bundle, so I've reached out support. They've replied me pretty quickly and did solved my issue successfully. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience I had so far with the company (shipment, quality of the products, support resonsivness & knowledge) and wish them many more conquered peaks!

Die Firma verweigert sich Retouren anzunehmen und entzieht sich so seiner Widerrufspflicht.
Die Mitgeteilte Retourenadresse wurde von der Schweizer Post als falsch identifiziert. Danach hat die Post die neue Adresse ermittelt und das Paket dorthin versandt. Empfänger wurde nicht angetroffen. Post hat Mitteilung zur Abholung ausgestellt. Ich habe Swisskip mehrmahls per email (Supportadresse) darauf hingewiesen. Keine Antwort. Paket wurde nie abgeholt.

Liebes Swissskip Team, Ihr braucht mich in der Antwort hier nicht mehr auf die Support email hinweisen wo mir geholfen werden würde. Ich hab es erfolglos (samt aller Belege) probiert!!!!!!

Not happy with the skipping rope. If I had gone for the weighted one, I would've loved it - definitely good quality, but for the standard version it's not worth the price and wait, having it shipped to Australia.
I'm disappointed now that I didn't go for the weighted option, but no way of knowing until you receive the product. I expected more for that price. :/

- Dropshipping. Es wird suggeriert, dass es sich um hochwertige Seile aus der Schweiz handelt. Das stimmt nicht. Speziell das Speedrope ist von unglaublich billiger Wertigkeit.
- Das Paket wird direkt aus China verschickt und erreicht Schweizer Kunden nach 7 Arbeitstagen in Temu-Manier im Plastik-Zipbeutel ohne Lieferschein.
- In der "Refund-Policy" wird ein Rückgaberecht eingeräumt. Wohin? nach China? ...
- Gleichartige Seile sind - ohne Swissskip-Brand - für 3-5 Franken direkt bei Temu bestellbar.
- Der Shop hat zwar kein Impressum, aber die Geschäftsangaben sind unter Support / Legal Notice einsehbar. Allerdings sind die Angaben gemäss Zefix nicht menr aktuell, auch wenn die Adressänderung noch nicht lange her ist.
- Der Shop ist trotz CH-Domain auf englisch mit äusserst schlechter automatischen Deutsch-Übersetzung.
- Im Shop werden auf den Produktepages 6279 5-Sterne-Reviews referenziert - jedoch ohne Link.
- Rat an alle Interessenten: kauft euch ein Seil im Decathlon oder meinetwegen im Landi. Ist günstiger und mindestens gleich gut.
- Beschwerde an den Konsumentenschutz ist raus.
