The staff at tiles and stone direct are so friendly and helpful. I have visited them 4 times over past few months and every time they have been brilliant. Lots of advice on materials to use and aftercare. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely choose them first for future purchases. Thank you

Honest reliable feedback
After developing a relationship for many years, the staff and knowledge held within the store never fails to help out when needed, as a Commercial and Residential builder you can always count on the assistance and proactive behaviour from the team.
If you’re in need, I would highly recommend Sagrum and the team to anyone for design, and supply.

A+ service and economic as well
We are away currently and needed support with tiles for the house that is being built. Tiles and Stone were brilliant, made necessary allowances for the distance and then quick and a competitive price.
WE don’t go anywhere else.

Dear Andy,
Thank you for your 5 Star review...
It's a first for us...our customers buying tiles whilst (now) living in the Falkland Islands. Technology has certainly helped to get this over the line. I am glad that we could pull it off in very limited timescales.
All the best

Despite having problems with the product we cannot fault Tiles and Stone Direct customer service. They clearly understood our dissatisfaction and went out of their way to try and remedy.
