Expensive but worth it! Great product and easy delivery.

I’m very happy with this wool pillow. It’s extremely comfortable, provides great support, and keeps its shape really well throughout the night. I especially love that it’s filled with natural wool — you can really feel the quality, and it feels so much better than synthetic pillows I’ve used before.

If you like a comfortable, supportive and good-quality pillow, I would definitely recommend it. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered two woollen duvets from Floks, after regularly suffering with overheating in the night as a result of perimenopause symptoms with my previous duvets (which were synthetic). I am allergic to feathers, so can’t use duvets made with down. So I thought I would try a wool duvet.

So glad I did as what Floks say about wool’s wicking properties I have found to be absolutely true! I am finding I wake up less sweaty in the morning, and am no longer waking up in the middle of the night due to overheating. I feel better slept and this has a positive impact through the day on my ability to concentrate. I was so pleased I bought a second duvet for the home.

I did email Floks, as I wasn’t entirely happy with the manner of the delivery (I got each duvet fine, but both times it was left outside the property in a rather wide interpretation of the “front porch” as a “safe place”). I also didn’t receive the free gift promised at the point of purchase. They were so understanding and keen to rectify the situation on both counts. Emailing them felt like having a genuine conversation with someone trying to help, rather than receiving formulaic stock responses which may or may not be followed up with the appropriate actions. Good as their word, they sent the free gift complete with an apologetic handwritten note, which was not necessary, but was a nice touch which I appreciated.

I was delighted to discover such a great product and especially to know that I am supporting UK farmers by buying it, as well as knowing that it will ultimately biodegrade, and so won’t harm the environment at the end of its life, whilst the plastic-free packaging and manufacture within the UK makes its production and distribution less environmentally damaging too than would be the case with many alternatives.

I would very happily buy from Floks again!!

Absolutely fabulous 'loft' within my cushions, which I've filled with Floks' beautiful English wool.

Love these pillows. I wish they also sold extra wool to bulk up the pillows if we want. Other than that great brand.

Fantastic unique product, delivered promptly. Beautiful and comfortable wool duvet which really helps with temperature regulation in the summer. It also really keeps it's shape so much better in the duvet cover than a traditional down duvet. Very pleased overall.

Absolutely love my new luxury quilted British wool pillow! Firm, comfortable and cool even during the recent heat waves and humidity. Five star service and delivery and so pleased I am able to purchase and support a 100% British product and business. Would definitely recommend and buy from Floks again.

I'm now on my journey to being 'fully Floks' with a Floksy Topsy mattress enhancer, the winter wool duvet, quilted pillows and hemp and organic cotton bed linen. As a hot sleeper - menopausal - they make a real difference. I'm neither too hot nor too cold. The bed linen gets better with every wash and is so soft and cooling against my skin. I feel more restored and my overall sense of well being is better. The only downside is it's harder to get out of bed in the morning.
