They proactively substituted two larger tile samples for the four small ones I ordered, which was very helpful as the pattern could be seen more clearly

Very easy company to deal with
Very easy company to deal with. I wanted to reserve a large number of garden slabs, but needed them delivered on a specific date to coincide with the installers starting work. Delivery was as promised, by a very cheerful delivery driver. Slabs are of a very high quality with minimal slabs spoilt / chipped. Colour as described and I couldn't be more pleased. Big thank you to Nese - really pleasant to chat to and responded quickly to my questions. Would highly recommend.

First Class.
The company couldn’t have been more helpful, accepting a small order of large format tiles, then arranging a specific delivery date with the courier to coincide with my ability to attend the delivery address.
First class customer service.
I’m yet to fix the tiles, but they look good.
