They proactively substituted two larger tile samples for the four small ones I ordered, which was very helpful as the pattern could be seen more clearly

Lovely looking tiles and great value
I had already had delivered a sample of the tile I eventually ordered. Quick and easy ordering process and very quick delivery (4 days). Great value tiles which look amazing. 1 tile out of 160 tiles as cracked but I had some left over after being fitted so not an issue. Would happily use Tiles and Smiles again and the contractor even took their details for future client use
