Tiles and Smiles Limited Arvostelua

Well packaged, fast delivery good communication

Lovely floor tile, great delivery

Great samples and quick delivery

The tiles arrived very quickly after my order, i was impressed. The delivery driver phoned to check i was able to accept the delivery early and then delivered them promptly. He was extremely helpful in unloading the tiles and getting them into a safe position. However my landscape gardener has let me down and now can’t start until 28/10/24 so I'm unable to comment on the actual tiles. I will update you then. So looking forward to having this garden upgraded with around 60m2 porcelain tiles.

I originally wrote a rather scathing review of the service received from Tiles and Smiles but I must now retract. They contacted me immediately after reading my original 1 star review and the negative issue is now resolved. So no longer a 1 star, definitely a 5 star.

Efficient oredering and delivery. High quality products

I ordered 30sqm of Paving from them, asking for delayed delivery, which they executed perfectly. The only glitch was that it wasn't confirmed to me that the instruction had been received and understood, otherwise the experience was perfect.

I ordered samples before placing the main order, these arrived next day, were well packaged and were larger than the samples I'd received from other suppliers making visualising the finished look a bit easier.

Delivery was good, the courier kept me informed. On inspecting the paving, there was minimal damage, just a couple of chipped corners out of 60 slabs, and both of these didn't reach the surface of the paving, so overall all the slabs were perfectly usable, though I had allowed for wastage. It would have been good to have a bit more time to report damage, though I believe the timescale is driven by the courier, and in the end I didn't have any damage, but it added to the stress when I was waiting for them to arrive

Delivery driver cut up drive, knocked patio slabs over and hit pillars on gateway.
Tiles Smiles said not their problem need to deal with delivery co.
Many weeks of arguing with the delivery co. and they refuse to acknowledge any involvement of the damage. absolutely ridiculous. BEWARE! Use at your own RISK!

Arrived on time and all packaging intact, great service. Oh and the tiles are lush too!

Brilliant company to deal with their products are not only top quality they are well priced within the market.
I have used Tiles and Smiles for one indoor project and two outdoor projects and all three look fantastic the standard of their porcelain tiles are excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Easy to select and order samples arrived quick

Delivery arrived within 24 hours. Packaging was looking battered and still waiting to see if product inside is ok

We bought several samples to help us make a decision on our new garden patio. The samples arrived in just a few days and as a result we are coming close to placing an order. I’m already very pleased with this company’s service and attention to detail.

Excellent product, great price and sample delivered quickly

Great website with a wide range of colours and sizes.
Ordering samples enabled the correct choice of colour.
Ordering was easy, and delivery was exactly as advised, with no damage or breakages.
Really happy with the choice of slabs - TASOS CREAM, and would definitely buy from Tiles and Smiles again.

Ness was very helpful and my tiles have arrived today . Can’t wait to see them unpacked !

Friendly and efficient on the phone. Provided useful information. And we’re going ahead with the perfect driveway pavers.

Fast delivery of black grout, quality item at a decent price.
Not to happy with the courier and it looked like the box had been dragged down the road and the grout tub is broken, no reflection on Tiles and Smiles.
