Purchased a Chelsea v Barcelona ticket on the 10/11/25 its match day and still not received , no answer from emails or chat box obviously a scam DO NOT BUY FROM TIER ONE , absolute farce lesson learnt

I’m one of the people they scammed. I bought 4 x tickets 2 week ago for the Chelsea - Barcelona match and still haven’t received them. They need to be exposed and reported to the authorities so they can be removed and stop scamming others..!!!

SCAM – No Tickets, Identity Theft Attempt, £320 Lost

I purchased football tickets from tieronetickets.com after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. I paid £320 and was told the tickets would be delivered within a week. The seller then repeatedly delayed the delivery and finally claimed the tickets would only be sent two days before the match.

Shortly before the match date, they asked me to send a copy of my passport and facial photographs “to validate the tickets”. This is a major red flag and completely unnecessary for buying or receiving match tickets.

I refused to send them sensitive ID documents, and immediately after that, the seller stopped responding.
I never received the tickets, and I lost my £320.

I later discovered that the domain is very new, the ownership is hidden, and several independent sites flag it as high-risk or fraudulent. This appears to be an organised ticket scam.

I have reported the website to GoDaddy, Action Fraud UK, and my bank.
Do NOT trust this website.
Avoid at all costs and warn others.

Complete scam. Sent the payment and never got any tickets ;( don’t be naive like I was. All the positive reviews must be fake, I checked here before buying;(

i brought two tickets for Chelsea vs Barcelona £120 on the 6th November my order number was #4007 block 11 Matthew Harding lower tier seats so they said.i then recived an email.saying
Hi,
I hope you are well.
I'm writing to provide you with an important update regarding your recent purchase for the Chelsea vs Barcelona match. Your order is fully confirmed and secure. However, we have been informed by UEFA that there is a delay in the final ticket allocation. Due to this, your tickets are now scheduled to be issued to us on Sunday, November 23rd. This is outside of the usual timeframe, and we appreciate your patience as we await the official release. You will receive your tickets as soon as they are released to us, and I will email you personally as soon as they are sent to your account.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out.

next email was telling me my tickets are ready and i need to send my passport details and a separate image which i stupidly did and guess what i received nothing back no tickets nothing. here is where it get interesting i was alerted through a credit agency Monday afternoon that someone had try to obtain credit information or apply for credit in my name. i now had to report this to the police and credit agency and bank to protect myself from more fraudulent activity. im also in the process of working with authority to try and get this website taken down this company is false and scammers who are taking people money and not delivering on the promise. sad scummy little individuals.

A legitimate ticket seller should never ask you to email:
A photo of your passport
A face/selfie for “verification”
Any other official ID just to buy or receive tickets
That behaviour is commonly used in:
Identity theft
Card fraud
Creating fake accounts in your name
Reselling your data on the dark web
Even airlines and stadiums don’t ask random third-party ticket sites for passport selfies. Only banks, government services, or highly regulated identity platforms (used in very specific cases) would do that and never by simple email.
This makes Tier One Tickets go from “high risk” to almost certainly a scam don't make the same mistake i did people please be careful.

As I can see, there are many negative reviews saying they haven't received their tickets for Chelsea Vs Barcelona. I 100% stand by this, it's 5:30 pm and the game starts at 8 pm, haven't received any tickets or customer support. Order Number is 6025. Update: Never got the tickets, don't buy from this place PLEASE

This company are a scam. Do not use. I feel stupid and abused. Purchased 4 tickets. 3 days before the game they asked for passport id verification which I duly obliged. Then nothing. Don’t make the same mistake. This is a fraudulent company that will not be around very long.

This company is scammers, that ask you for you passports as well!! And never send the tickets !!

I bought from them ticket for today UCL game, I provided everything what they ask, no reply no nothing, zero communication experience, i just read the comments and I was surprised, that I'm not alone, so sad, I hope all this people will....,Don't buy or trust this site it's a SCAMMER site,worst site and people in the world

It's a scam ! I get tickets for UCL game between Chelsea vs Barca and I didn't get my tickets! Don't recommend to buy any tickets!

Same situation as I see a lot of other people are. Bought my tickets for Chelsea v Barcelona, confirmation email, delayed allocations of the tickets, submission of passport copy and selfie and... totally ghosted. Sent emails and tried to use the chat in the site. No answer. came here to see others affected to so I reported it to Action Crime and my bank to see if I can get some money back.

Gutted because I was taking my son to the match for his birthday and it's not a nice feeling. Lesson learned!

Be careful, it's a company that steals, they don't send the tickets

My experience with Tier One has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased tickets for the Chelsea vs Barcelona match, and after they took my money, absolutely nothing they promised was delivered. No genuine tickets, no clear communication, and no real customer support. Every message I sent was either ignored or met with useless, copy-and-paste responses.

Based on my experience, this website feels completely unreliable and misleading. I was left out of pocket, stressed, and with no tickets at all. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Tier One to stay far away. I regret ever trusting this site, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same frustration and disappointment.

hi, is there anyone here who would be able track these people down. This company’s owner is listed on companies house, government website as JOSEPH FLORENCE LADDAWAN. Im not sure of its his real name but maybe its worth a try. I would genuinely be interested in teaching them a lesson

A big SCAM , don't believe any positive review , totally scam , no phone numbers , no reply to emails bought ticket for Chelsea v Barcelona .
they are on Company house 15074076 , phone number is incorrect.
