I bought a sofas in October and very happy with my sofas. I got asked by the girl in the office Sel she was very helpful and she ask if I can write a review because I forgot to write. The company said 8-12 weeks and delivered it in 5 weeks🙌I’m very happy and thank you to eray in the office as well, he has helped me so much. The product is beautiful and very good. I will be coming back for more because the house is not complete.

Quality furniture very amazing

We ordered the Luna dining table and six chairs from Grand Lux Furniture on September 28th 2024, with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks. However, our order was only delivered on December 3rd 2024, well beyond the promised time frame.(I understand that it was the Christmas season, so I was able to tolerate the delay)

Upon delivery, we realized that two chairs were missing, and there was no prior communication about this issue. The delivery team simply mentioned it at the time of drop-off, which was very disappointing. We had to call Grand Lux ourselves to ask about the missing chairs, only to be informed that two chairs had been damaged and would take another 6 weeks to arrive. 😒

For an order costing around £3,500, we expected much better service. We had to call multiple times just to get an email confirmation regarding the missing chairs. Finally, when we received the chairs on February 21, 2025, they were not what we expected. According to their website, the Luna set includes four chairs of one design and two of another, but we received six identical chairs instead. At that point, we were so frustrated that we didn't even bother contacting them again.

While we are happy with the product quality, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, delays were excessive, and we had to chase them for updates. Given the price we paid, we expected much better service and our order was completed after a long delay of 5 months.

Grand Lux Furniture seriously needs to improve their customer service to match the quality of their products. This was one of the worst shopping experiences we've had for such a high-value order.

Would I recommend them? Only if you're prepared for delays, lack of communication, and a frustrating follow-up process.
