Prendono 6€ in più a biglietto come commissione
Cercando in Line e’ il primo sito quindi si pensa al sito ufficiale degli Uffizi etc a Firenze - invece e’ un altro portale che prende 6€ in più di commissione su ogni singolo biglietto . Mio errore non vederlo prima - ovviamente furbamente non rimborsano
Prestate attenzione - sul sito ufficiale degli Uffizi pagate 6h in meno per ogni singolo biglietto - ho sborsato 30€ in più

appena prenotato on line 5 biglietti - ove 8 euro ridotto sul loro sito per ragazzi dai 18 ai 25 anni- e 35 adulti-procedo con la prenotazione - devo dire celere l arrivo dei biglietti in quanto prenotati un mese prima. arrivo dei biglietti noto 2euro( il biglietto da me pagato 8) 29euro ( il b pagato da me 35euro)
mi rendo conto che nn è il sito ufficilae e vado sul sito ufficiale ove il biglietto di 2 euro è per universitari ma che studiano cose inerenti all arte etc-- e con presentazione del doc universitario all ingresso da mostrare--
ovviamente i miei ragazzi nn studiano in quel settore beni culturali-- quindi spero di nn aver problemi all ingresso--non comprendo come loro possiano prender biglietti ridotti--- se fosse stato cosi avrei prenotato dal sito ufficiale risparmiando 25euro-- ho contattato la chat virtuale e mi dicono che son biglietti discount che nn avro' problemi all ingresso. e che e' tutto scritto nelle condizioni che accettiamo...vabbe vi terro' aggiornati tra un mese. spero vada a buon fine e non trovar sorprese all ingresso

Las entras aqui nos costaron muy bien de precio. Mejor turno el de la 9, mas tarde se llena mucho. No hace falta coger entradas para el Acropolis+ Partenón como dicen en muchos sitios porque con las entradas solas del Acropolis ya lo ves todo. Luego si quieres puedes sacar las del Museo del Acropolis.

Le site vend les billets d'entrée au château à 25€ alors que le château sur son site officiel les vend à 15€ (entré à partir de 15h00). C'est un surplus de 10€ qu'ils facturent sans donner d'explications: AUCUNE information lors de l'achat sur une quelconque commission de 10€/ticket (en plus), sans facture. C'est un faux site qui cherche à arnaquer les visiteurs.
J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises une FACTURE détaillée (OBLIGATION LEGALE) et le service clients n'a jamais répondu. Ils sont toujours indisponibles et tout ce qu'on reçoit est un message automatique d'absence.
Je déconseille absolument!

The meeting with the host was well organized. At the bistro, there are two counters where a staff member prints your ticket based on the reservation and answers any questions you may have. The host arrived on time and clearly explained how the entry to Topkapi would work and where he would leave us.
I recommend arriving right at 9:15 a.m.—later on, Topkapi gets extremely crowded. In general, tickets for foreigners are about three times more expensive than for Turkish citizens, and the skip-the-line option with a host is even more expensive, but it is worth the price.
However, the audioguide doesn’t work very well inside due to poor signal. Next time, I would probably choose a live guide instead.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I purchased 2 tickets advertised at €20 each, expecting to pay €40, but ended up being charged €70. While they claim it includes service fees, this was not clearly and transparently communicated during the booking process.
The platform presentation is also misleading, as it gives the impression of being an official ticket provider. No refund or partial compensation was offered. I would strongly recommend buying tickets directly from official sources.
