Achtung Abzocke! Die Tickets haben 20€ mehr gekostet als bei jedem anderen Anbieter. Wir dachten, es gehört noch der Eintritt zum Museum dazu, deswegen so teuer. Aber leider war es nur Eintritt in den Park. Unverschämt!

Y nos costó más barato que en otros lados. Solo que nos llegó 2 minutos antes de la hora de entrada y hasta entonces estuvimos un poco nerviosos sin saber si llegaría.

Ti fanno credere di essere sul sito ufficiale quando in realtà vendono i biglietti a prezzi maggiorati senza alcun valore aggiunto.
Nel mio caso +10€ a biglietto.

This is a scam
I purchased 2 tickets for the Uffizi Galleries (Ticket Go website called uffizigalleriestickets). The official price is €16 per person (€32 total), but I was charged €70 in total (€35 per ticket).
The website looks like an official provider, which is very misleading. During the purchase process, there is no clear or prominent explanation that they are not the official seller or that such a high additional fee is being applied.
Only after purchasing does it become clear that you are paying a large markup.
Customer service refused a refund, referring only to terms and conditions.
This is not transparent and misleading!!!

Compre entradas para versalles desde el 9 de Febrero para entrar en 10 de mayo, hoy 3 de abril me mandaron un correo cobrandome 32€ adicionales "por temporada alta" les hice el reclamo porque es completamente ilegal y deben sostenerme el precio y lo único que obtuve fue que me cancelaran las entradas y me hicieran un supuesto reembolso pero cuando me mandan el certificado de reembolso ponen un numero de tarjeta que no es el mío y tipo de tarjeta que no usé.
Yo pense que la pagina era la oficial de versalles y nunca especifican en ningun lado que pueden hacer cobros adicionales por ajustes o cancelar así sin más; creen que pidiendo disculpas solucionan algo.
PESIMO SERVICIO NO LO RECOMIENDO

I thought I was buying my ticket for the Pisa Tower on the official website, because the design got me wrong.
The ticket sold buy this site was in fact 7 € more expensive than the official ticket.
Don’t be fooled, go to the official website of Pisa Tower (Opapisa) to get your tickets !

Engaño
Engaño. Se hace pasar por sitio oficial. Segundo, no entrega el billete con suplemento pagado Corredor Vasariano, sino simple Uffizzi.
Realmente copiar la página de una institución y hacerse pasar por ella es un engaño.
A llegar a la Galería Uffizzi hemos encontrado avisos de engaño en las pantallas exteriores.
