Ticketbud, are and have been amazing!

Their flexibility and adaptability on the platform is second to none. This is backed up with staff that are easily accessible and knowledgeable, that can assist with pretty much anything I have thrown at them.

A huge thank you to Meredith, who has helped us design our event tickets and provide solutions for our every need. We are hoping to expand the use of ticket bud throughout the Rotary International community as a go-to solution.

I bought tickets for an event that appears to be a fake or canceled event. I have been calling and emailing the organizer as well as calling and emailing ticketbud. Nobody ever answers anything. All calls go to voicemail and never get answered no matter what menu option you choose.

BEWARE - Ticketbud organise/ provide the platform for people to sell tickets to events which may not ever take place - and you won't get your money back.
The organiser of the event can be some obscure individual somewhere that you can't track.
For example, a ticketed event such as the 'Donald Trump jr. Live!' sold thousands of tickets using this platform - 7 months later the 'event' has been cancelled twice and never taken place.

Layla was great and helped to ensure I received a refund without question after the vendor did not deliver as expected on an event I paid to attend. Thank you, Layla!!

I would strongly recommend everyone to not purchase any tickets distributed by ticketbud. They are nothing but only support scammers who would not take any form of responsibilities for our securities. Just last week for NYE ticketbud has distributed tickets for a 2 day event in Australia called 'Psynapse' under 3P productions. All the attendees, a good 500-600+ were present at the right time only to find out that the event was called off at the last minute.
Now we understand that due to a lot of unfortunate events, things may not go according to plan which is understandable. Nonetheless all the festival goers need was a refund for the money we all spent. The event planners were not responsive to anyones requests, rather they just ran off deleting their fb page and ticketbud has denied any form of assistance to help us get our money back. We emailed, called and tried reaching out to ticketbud to cooperate with us all in helping us getting a refund or to get any form of update about a potential future event, only to get no response at all.
Once again, along with the 500-600+ who has been subjected to a scam from ticketbud, I would strongly recommend no one to purchase any tickets through this agency. Cause once you make that purchase they will not take any form of responsibilities

One of my children died December 9, 2010 and his memorial was today. I was having a difficult time using the system to get my ticket and I contacted customer service to help out. I was nicely greeted by 3 people at different times and was able to get a great ticket for the day I requested and the customer service team was able to accommodate what I requested. They answered me back before 24 hours and I am giving a shout out to them for making my first family outing for the Trails of Lights possible. I so appreciate you all. Thank you.

Just a heads up if you are using Ticketbud to ticket your virtual event, they take up to three business days to approve all emails you send via the website. So promotional emails or personalized emails that you would like to send to your attendees would take up to three business days to be approved and they do not work on weekends. I wish I had known that before I decided to send the link to my weekend-long virtual event to all attendees by simply using their "email attendees" tool. Instead, I ended up having to copy and paste everyone’s info into my personal email, editing out any non-email information, right before the event went live. Adding to this, the website, over the weekend, also didn’t approve my redesign of the confirmation email so that late buyers would simply get the link automatically in there. Instead, I spent the entire weekend continually checking to see if there were new purchasers so that I can send them the link, and receiving angry emails and phone calls from people who didn’t receive their’s when I happened to be busy doing something else, or if my personal email wound up in their spam. Even as my event extended until Monday, I pleaded with ticketbud to please resolve this issue so I may be relieved of my duties and they did not. Ticketbud is ill-prepared for the world of virtual events which happens to be one of the few types of events possible right now.

Again, had I at least been warned about the long approval process clearly on the website I would have prepared the emails days before, pre-loaded with a link that would work when the event went live on the weekend. The whole thing was so ghetto, I may as well have used Venmo. At least that way I would’ve been able to keep all my money. I’m not exactly sure what their website did and why they are deserving of a percentage of my ticket sales. So you can try your luck with ticketbud but I hope you at least have this warning about the approvals or that your event takes place on a weekday during work hours when they are sometimes working. I did not receive any of the great customer service I heard so much about. Ahead of the event, they often took days to respond to my questions and not even responding appropriately to them.

If I could give these guys a "-5" I would have "1" is way to high!...I have had to use them three times and have had nothing but problems...first it shows the tickets available then you can't buy them...all three times technical difficulties...it showed 100 tickets available but would not allow you to purchase them...then you contact them and in the mean time they get it fixed and you are SOL...then wound up with two tickets for the same event....last time they had technical difficulties with buying tickets ....this is what they do right...it showed the Saturday tickets sold out even though when I got on there were plenty available it wouldn't allow me to buy the ticket...so I purchased the Sunday ticket but then these...explicative deleted...fixed the issue on the Saturday event and I would up with two tickets....they have no problem collecting...

IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS HOLDING AN EVENT AND USE THESE PEOPLE BE PREPARED FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH BOTH YOU AND TICKETFRAUD!!!

I tried buying a ticket from this site but never received my tickets. I tried buying them the same day as the event. Since it was a Saturday, I was not able to directly contact them and they did not respond to my email. My sister got a ticket but I did not. We were suppose to go together. It was to be special time spent together.

The site isn't super user friendly but the staff and videos were great.

Ticketbud was recommended by a friend who had used them for a large High School Reunion. We have JUST set up with them.The platform is able to handle the format for selling our tickets the way we needed to have it.
Any questions are answered within a couple hours by what seems like are actual PEOPLE.... who are THINKING. I mean seriously, they not only explain what's happening, but they are proactive at giving hints and fixing things.
We will see how things go once we open up for ticket sales. But I have very high hopes.

They sold us tickets to an event that never happened, refused to give us a refund or help in anyway. Contacted multiple times for assistance.

Someone recommended ticketbud at the time to me when i was looking for an inexpensive way to sell tickets online. Ticketbud was simple, elegant and affordable. Although ticketbud/'s pricing model has changed since I started. The service still makes sense for us.. There are still bugs. but their customer service is responsive and quick to fix any issues.

When we looked at online ticket sales software, the decision was super easy. Ticketbud offered us 1. the ability to speak to a live person for support 2. good rates 3. good reputation 4. ease of use. We’re very pleased with the service and we are planning to make many more events. Ticketbud has helped us streamline ticket sales for our events. We did not have a way to accept credit cards online so it was a no-brainer. Keep up the good work.

I almost used a competitor, then decided to do some research and found TicketBud. I wanted to create paid online webinars with event registration software as a lead generator for my business. It has proven to be very successful. I wish that there were Cheaper fees at TicketBud, but they are still worthy of 5 starts in my opinion. I think you do great, wonderful customer service too. One suggestion is to make it easier to “Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off” tickets. ..

As an event planner, I need an all in one service. Ticketbud has great customer service and a very user friendly system. It helps us to sell fewer tickets at the event as i have too many other jobs to do there they have done a great job with ease and convenience.

I am the social events chair for the student forum group at our school, and I plan all the social events. Our group have never used a ticketing system before, so we did a lot of research beforehand. We chose Ticketbud because they were able to pay out before our fundraisers. We have used it a lot now, even for events with large amount of people,We would recommend Ticketbud to anyone else out there.

I recently bought tickets from Ticketbud for a conference. I received the tickets promptly. This was my first time using them to buy, Its a good service. Just needs more marketing.
