Helpful, polite, and I trust this company. We have been helped several times in the last 2 years.

It’s so difficult to get tickets today and with SEATED I was offered an opportunity to get tickets when they are first released by the Artist.

It was so great getting early notice about a band I was anticipating would perform near me. I want to get good seats. Without the early notice from seating.com, I may wouldn't have been ready to purchase and the best seats in my price range would likely be taken. I wasn't expecting the email but am so glad I received it.

Easy to use..being able to set a radius and your favorites for notifications about concerts saves getting multiple texts about other groups you don't care about.

Seated always gives me the best concert info and advanced ticket availability

They notify me of upcoming concerts and I am able to easily sign up for artist presales or secure tickets through seated. I've had a lot of good experiences using their service.

Simple and to the point, no bs, you just put your email, location, radius, and define a list of artists to track. Announcements have been very timely so far and ahead of pre-sale. I put my radius to the max so I also get notifications for cities that might be a day-trip away. Works like a charm!

I don’t follow many artists, which thankfully, with Seated, means I am not bothered by notices for other artists. I rarely get messages, but when I do, I want them. This is respectful and positive. 👍👍

Purchased tickets for an event. This event came with VIP access to the artist. I signed up, Seated.com gladly took my money, and did nothing to provide me with VIP access. Reached out to support, and did not receive any support. That means Seated.com avoided assisting me. I will not use Seated.com anymore. Please stop sending me your junk email. I will continue to tell as many as I can to not use Seated.com. Too risky.

Wow what a service. I just recived at mail from seated that Bruno Mars is coming to Europe. Unfortunately ticket sale started this morning and everything is sold out. Thank you Seated.com for notify me on a concerts I cant participate in.

I love getting emails and texts every time one of my favorite bands is coming around. I live in Vermont and we don’t have any big concert venues in the state so it doesn’t not get advertised locally. I love how I can subscribe to multiple states and get alerted right away so I can get my tickets before they sell out. Thank you seated!

I bought tickets for an out of state show and had to cancel, I missed the refund deadline by one day. I worked with Danna and she quickly processed my request and approved my refund. Very grateful!

While Seated is a legitimate company and not a scam, they provided fans for a concert I attended with the wrong type of ticket delivery, causing issues with the ticket scanners and box office employees at the venue. They emailed us a "digital delivery" ticket with a PDF file containing a QR code, which the venue refused to scan because we should have been sent an actual Ticketmaster ticket.

I got GA pit tickets and waited outside in line for 30 minutes because I wanted to be at the front of the pit for my favourite band, but we got kicked out of line and sent to the box office where I waited ~10 minutes for the attendant to figure out what Seated is and where the list of tickets was.

Seated is a great option to secure presale tickets without the Ticketmaster b.s. but don't trust the delivery method for the tickets - especially if you have GA and are planning on lining up early for a good spot. Expect to spend time advocating for yourself at the box office.

It's super accurate and very life saving so that you don't miss anything happening around you!

I attend many concerts every year so where I buy my tix is super important. Seated.com has been great reminding me of my fabs performing And providing presale codes!

Finding concerts is so hard and, even following bands’ socials, it’s mixed in with promotional or marketing content that obfuscates what I actually want to know. I love l having the information I actually want presented in such a consumable way.
