It’s the third time i’ve done my hotel bookings on Ticketbox with Mrs Nusrat. She is very professional and very helpful. She make sure to meet my needs and help me in any way possible.

Very kind staff. Especially Mrs Dalini. She does her best to give her clients full satisfaction.

The staff was very courteous and customer focus making the flights booking a seamless experience.

No words to express my gratitude towards mr Chundhun.. he simply is the best.. i have done several bookings with him.. he is so patient , calm and attentive to my requests.. hatss off.. Very useful and easy to use website

Despite some initial challenges with my booking, Ticketbox.mu handled my case with professionalism and care. Anuradha followed up personally until the matter was fully resolved, and Mr. Chundun was very professional and helpful during the booking process. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely use Ticketbox.mu again in the future, and recommend their services to others.

Though it is said in the email that i have received 3% off on first stay booking, and discount code is FIRSTLOVE, I did not benefit from same.

When I did the booking, it was written 145 reward points but in the booking confirmation, it's zero points.

A bit disappointed.

I had an excellent customer service experience from the ticketbox team specially Mr Chundun. He was very prompt and proactive in helping with the reservations. The technical / app experience needs some work, but the team more than makes up for it.

We booked the Sonu Nigam concert and a Hotel stay. Both booking procedures went very smoothly and the team at Ticketbox were very proactive.
