Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional. An event was cancelled in October 2025 we are june 2026 still i haven't been refunded i keep calling and contacting your agents I've sent mails WhatsApp call. The only response we've sent your complaint to finance. Does that take 1 year omg. You guys claim 10 to 15 working days return policy. Stop advertising fake information. Very bad service.

I was given a quick, smooth and efficient service by Ms. Reshma from Ticketbox.mu. Reshma was of great help and made sure that I get a pleasant stay at Maritime resorts by requesting for nice room at the hotel as well as a complementary birthday cake for my dad.
