We use a sender locally which is a third party which is different for every country which we have no control over their address details as they own it. We can obviously also not control what Temu offers as they offer a lot of products at a cheap price whereas we cannot control their product quality at such a cheap price while ours is rigorously tested and meets our standards at TibaToes.

SCAM, terrible experience do not buy
What a scam, purchased two pairs, immediately wrote after to cancel the order. They said they were unable to cancel and that I'd be able to send the pairs back once I received them. Received two pairs of shoes that were supposed to be the same size, but actually had a 3 cm difference. Reached out to point this out, they just wrote back saying it could happen. I requested a return label only to find out i had to cover the costs. A NIGHTMARE, a scam, poor quality - do not purchased.

Slecht retourbeleid. Op de website staat nergens aangegeven dat het moet worden teruggestuurd naar Polen. Dat is 14 euro! Goed nadenken dus voordat je het koopt.

Don’t fall for it!
Don’t fall for what I did! Likely a drop-shipping company. I ordered two pairs of shoes from Tibatoes but started to get suspicious when I received the delivery confirmation and saw (via the tracking number) that the shoes were being shipped directly from China.
The company claims they design the shoes in collaboration with a special manufacturer, but after a quick image search, I found the exact same type of shoes on Amazon, Joom, Shein, and others, for a fraction of the price.
The reviews on their website are fake. Reviews from Emelie, Jessica, and Oliva were posted 3 days, 2 days, and 1 week ago, regardless of when you visit the website.
Now I’m going to try to use their money-back guarantee, but I’m guessing it will cost me more to return the shoes than what I paid for them..

Slechte kwaliteit en misleidende deal
Ik heb kinderschoenen besteld bij deze website, maar helaas viel de kwaliteit enorm tegen. De schoenen zijn ongemakkelijk en duidelijk van goedkope, merkloze makelij uit China. Ze adverteren met een "tweede paar gratis"-deal, maar in werkelijkheid betaal je gewoon voor beide paren.
Toen ik de schoenen wilde retourneren, bleek dat ik bijna €20 aan verzendkosten moest betalen naar een bedrijf in Polen. Niet bepaald klantvriendelijk! Uiteindelijk boden ze een refund van 40%, wat op zich netjes is, maar het hele proces voelt misleidend. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw bestellen.

Another scam dropship, crappy quality
Dropshipped directly from China. "Shoes" are totally crap - super unstable on the babies foot and cheap plastic soles that don't go far enough up the foot, so they just instantly slip off as soon as my baby takes a step.
Have emailed for a refund by I doubt I'll hear back.
Stupid mistake, I'm usually quite critical of companies advertised on social media but this one went under the radar.

We are not a China dropshipper. We have legitimate stock and are a couple who are determined to make kids feet healthy again through better shoes.
We have a legitimate business in the UK and are shocked by your feedback as many of our customers are very happy with the shoes.
Of course, sometimes the shoes may not fit as all feet are different and for some kids they might not work.
