I wouldn't bother
No tracking information item never arrived customer care don't care at all. Same response every time generic not interested.
I order international orders all the time and you can always track them so this excuse from them is a joke.
No interest in rectifying it or any attempt to give me back my money currently claiming back via a credit card with Thier rubbish responses as proof.

An order that never arrived, no tracking you could actually use, and the same generic reply each time you asked is a real failure on our side, and I'm sorry it's been this frustrating. You shouldn't have had to escalate to your card provider to be taken seriously. I can see you've opened a dispute, which is completely your right, and we'll respond to it properly on our end. Unfortunately went on these reviews too late. Honestly, initially was excited about the purchase. My daughter loves things likes this. However, it’s very misleading what you get. I have emailed before writing this and tried to get help. As I have literally spent way more time on that website than I ever cared to. They don’t specifically state what each ‘size’ has included on the website. During emails I just condescendingly got told what I’d purchased, instead of my questions actually being answered. So still don’t know how to buy a different size. Not that I would now….. had a problem with the colouring portion of the download. There’s 78 pages and the majority of them have no where to colour in. I just kept getting sent the link again. Instead of any offer to fix the document. I am literally fed up, reading their replies to reviews being nice and wanting to fix stuff for people but i just keep getting emails stating what I’ve purchased instead of ways to help. I literally feel like putting it in the bin. I very very rarely write reviews but just don’t bother buying this!

You've put your finger on the thing that should worry us most: being friendly in reviews means nothing if the actual emails don't help, and by your account ours didn't. Being told what you'd bought, again and again, instead of having your real questions answered is genuinely poor, and I'm sorry. Two specific things shouldn't have happened: you couldn't get a straight answer on what each size includes, and a colouring download with 78 pages where most have nothing to colour is a clear fault we should have offered to fix, not just resent the same link. I don't want to be another nice-sounding reply that goes nowhere, so I'm taking this off the general queue myself. Please email hello@tibatoes.com and mention this review, and I'll personally answer the size question properly, sort the colouring file, and put right what you paid for.

Very misleading delivery estimate. Website said 3-5 business days and it took over two weeks to get my item.
I also think it was only dispatched after I chased them up a week after the order.

Don't buy them
I bought the whole set of busy book i paid around 100$ but when I received the items its only the busy book with an empty pages and the bag. I sent an email to them asking for the remain pages of activity busy book and other items as they mentioned in the advertisement, i got the answer there 1000 pages as a digital copy and regarding the empty pages in the busy book they said its designed for DIY activity so children can draw and creat, in this case there alot of activity i can download them from the Internet i dont need to pay 100$ for something digital. If i want to print them i need to psy more the 300$. So this activity book will cost me around 400 doller. Please dont belive its false advertisement and didnt get the quality of what was on the review in the website. Its not recommended at all.

Paying around $100 and opening the box to find an empty book and a bag, when you were expecting a full set of activities, is a real disappointment, and I understand why you feel misled. I'm sorry. The split between what's physical and what's a digital download clearly wasn't clear enough before you bought, and being told the blank pages are "for DIY" when you expected ready activities isn't the answer you needed. I'd like to look at this properly rather than leave it there, so please email hello@tibatoes.com and mention this review, and we'll work out a fair resolution, including a refund or return if that's what's right for you. I appreciate you laying the costs out so plainly, it's useful and fair feedback.

My order status has not been updated since I paid, they refuse to refund, the tracker is not real time as advertised and I do not believe this is a legitimate business AVOID reported to trading standards.

Very poor
Ordered a Montessori Busy Board on 4 June 2026 and paid for express delivery. Got confirmation emails and tracking order emails as well as a notification from Evri that they were expecting my parcel. However, on the 9 June 2026 got an email saying that due to their February Screen free sale my order would be a few days later to be shipped. Bear in mind it is now June when I ordered. There was absolutely nothing on the website about this and they shouldn't really be taking orders they can't fulfill. I replied to their email on 12 June 2026 asking for a timescale for delivery and asking for a refund of cost of express delivery. I got another email saying it will arrive anyday now. But when I tracked the order it says it hasn't even shipped. This company seems to be either just dodgy or just completely useless and incompetent. So beware when ordering items.

Paying extra for express delivery and then watching your order sit unshipped is the exact opposite of what you paid for, and I'm sorry. An email blaming a February sale for a June delay makes no sense either, so you're right to be confused by it, that shouldn't have gone out. And being told it'll "arrive any day" when the tracking shows it hasn't even shipped is worse, because now you can't trust what we're telling you. I'd really like to get you a straight answer and your express delivery cost back, so please email hello@tibatoes.com, mention this review, and I'll look into exactly where your order is and sort it. You shouldn't have had to chase this.
Product is great and age appropriate…
Product is great and age appropriate for even 6 months but postage or delivery kept changing in date expected so had continue to keep looking out each day to ensure no one took it. Product sturdy and fun for even little ones. Strength is good when baby teething and wants everything in mouth. Like the way you can make it so appropriate activities for age group.

Worst company everrr!!! I believe its a scam. I placed an order and never received a confirmation email. When i wrote to them a comment on instagram, instead of solving the situation they kept deleting my email. Plz don’t believe their adds and don’t fall for it because its a fruad!

A missing confirmation email usually points to something fixable, a mistyped email at checkout, a spam filter catching it, or an order that didn't fully go through, and that's something we can check and put right quickly. Poor quality
Waste of money. The design of the preschool busy book leaves a lot to be desired, and the quality overall is poor. I was expecting the cutout images to be laminated in plastic given they are to be handled by toddlers, but they are just flimsy pieces of cardboard. Disappointed!

Cutout pieces that toddlers will handle over and over are exactly the kind of thing that should feel durable, and your point about lamination versus plain cardboard is a practical one. It was amazing
It was amazing ! I got three boards. One for my son and two to gift my beloveds. We all loved it. However we were supposed to get some gifts along with the purchases. Unfortunately we didn’t receive two of them.

If there was a zero to select, I would have given them that.
This is the worst company I've ever felt with. It took 2 months to receive the book I ordered. It was written in another language other than English. I asked for an exchange, which they said they would do. It has been months of back and forth exchange through email with them, each time they apologize, and say they will take care of it. It has now been approximately 8 months, and I have asked for a refund now, since it's obvious I will never receive the order. They have not given me that either.
I would never order from this company again, as they are dishonest, and full of empty promises. Buyer beware!!

There's no version of this that's acceptable, and I won't dress it up — a book in the wrong language, then eight months of "we'll sort it" while nothing actually moved, is a real failure on our side. After all that, asking for a refund is completely fair, and I want to see it honored rather than promised again. I'm escalating this directly to someone who can act on it instead of looping it back into the same queue that's let you down. Busy book order
Bought a busy book for my daughter and was very excited to start using it with her, received book, however it was faulty! Reached out to customer service who assured me that a replacement would be sent out immediately and shipping details would be sent.. this was on the 21/04/26… I still have not received a replacement and no shipping details were ever sent to me. I have reached out on numerous occasions to customer service however just get the same response “we will look into it and get back to you” however nothing actually gets sorted. Just avoid the hassle and shop from elsewhere, it’s not worth it!
