Three Business Arvostelua 

Terrible network in my area. I have complained severally and there's been no improvement yet.

Business customer of 2 years. Our account is managed by the customer success team, for everything we need we speak with Mary Smith. Its been a positive experiance for the full duration of our contract term. Any time we have required any changes to our account, new SIM cards or just information regarding our numbers etc its been a rapid turn around to support us with clear communication. Faultless service would recommend.

Great experience twice on Chat with Gordon for business broadband. Really helpful, very knowledgeable, understood what we wanted and came up with good solutions. Happy with the end result. Would recommend.

We have had exceptional service, all the time from 3 customer success for almost 4 years now and our account manager Jenna has always ensured the service and our accounts have been suited to our business needs. Moving to 3 was a choice we are proud to have made and look forward to the future with Three & Vodafone in their new partnership.

For over four years, we've been a business customer with Three. Their customer success team is truly exceptional. Managing our 450+ lines is effortless, with requests handled within an hour, or 24 hours at the most. Unlike our previous provider who broke their promises, Three has delivered on every one of theirs and then some. We only wish we'd joined them sooner.

Even though the shop made a mistake that caused us grief, the business care line undret=stood the u=issue and rectified the problem - hopefully now all sorted

Three Business Sales team was dreadful in helping me. I recently made contact for some additional service and was told one price, phoned back to sign up and was told the service was nothing like the price I was quoted. I provided the name of the agent and told them to listen to the previous call as they was making out I was making it up. I was told to make a complaint and it would take 48hrs to speak to a manager only then would they listen to the call. This was when I needed the service switched on then. I needed the service for my work. I was then passed around from person to person, calls disconnected having to phone back, trying to be sold inferior packages having to explain myself time and time again. I would be asking not to be transferred yet the caller in the sales team would just transfer me back to the customer services agent for me to pretty much have to explain who I was as if I was a new caller. Sales team were not interested in helping me only interested in making a sale. Awful experience.

Good overall but they didn't give me the price they offered on the phone when the first bill came through.

I had to chase and call, tried live chat too.

Got told twice it was pro rata'd when it clearly was not.

Finally had to raise a complaint. They looked into it, checked the sales call recording and confirmed I was being billed incorrectly.

They credited the over charge and the amount going forward.

But they refused any kind of goodwill gesture for the time and hassle caused, which is very poor.

Even a £10 would have been a gesture. Or an offer of a charity donation.

Our customer success manager is amazing, always helpful, and easy to talk to. Any issues we had, we have always received the best support, 5 out of 5 stars!

Basically buying from Three is ridiculously easy!!!
Thereafter when there is a problem which I have had with a MiFi for my shop in Budleigh Salterton (Devon) then it’s completely the reverse!!
I should have logged the volume of calls I have made to Three as it would amount to probably over 100 man hours.
False promises of someone calling me back either the same day or within 7 days with network updates! Zero response.
Shocking and stressful!!

You only need to read my file under my name to see how long this has been going on!
I have two phones with Three plus I have the MiFi account.
I am promised 4G coverage in my area EX96NG but I don’t get it not even on our phones, Let alone the MiFi which was acquired to solve our business issues there including and most importantly running the credit card machine. If we cannot make a card transaction then we are ‘stuffed’!

Next day delivery of kit which worked immediately. Bit of confusion about paying but all sorted quickly.

Despite being told that I could cancel free of charge i am now being charged over a thousand pounds due to their complete incompetent service .
Keep well clear of this company as just because they say that you can cancel free of charge they still charge you.
It's pointless trying to deal with this company over chat as you will be kept in a complete irritating circle of having to go through everything again and again. I have now spent nearly ten hrs trying to sort them out but to no avail!
Reported to ombudsman!

I have had a great experience from Three CSE team, especially a person called Hamish Kemp. The attention to detail and the swift responses have been remarkable. I've ported numbers effectively and he has produced a custom reporting system for area managers to help with reporting. Well recommend and an absolute pleasure

We recently signed up to a new SIM-only business deal with multiple SIMs. Jamie was excellent to deal with; quick, accommodating, and went out of their way to deliver. Service was prompt and straightforward.

At the same time, we were expanding into a new building that was still awaiting a fibre connection. Jamie arranged for us to test a 5G mobile router on the network, which worked perfectly with no issues. Very helpful and flexible throughout… highly recommended.

If been a customer for the last 5 years and I simply can’t fault them for price, service or reliability. I highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service in the shop and we were able to take away the 5g router that same day. The monthly cost of £21 beats the £38 our old supplier (EE) was charging us for the same speeds. As a volunteer-run nonprofit every pound saved helps a lot!
