Got the part in under a week, not bad in my book, slapped it on and havent had an overboost condition code since.

Told me exactly what happened and explain why it's delayed and looked to see if there was a replacement .will ship from the factory soon thanks 👍

My order was great but the parts got here and they were the wrong ones the guy I talked to said he was going to send me a shipping slip so that I could ship them back than they would ship me back the right ones win they got the ones I already got so my truck is still on jack stands and I need the truck to run my business

Great quality part but sent a clap that was to small. For the upper intercooler boost elbow end. But everything else was perfect.

Rather slow hopefully it will be a good product if it ever arrives I understand they are built to order but it's almost been a month and I've heard nothing about them yet

Took over 2 weeks to ship. The website said nothing about it being back ordered or not in stock. When your truck is down, this can’t happen. I would have shopped elsewhere had I known it wasn’t actually in stock. The only good thing about my experience is they were responsive with emails, but yet never offered to upgrade shipping knowing my truck was down. Was a cp3 HPFP

So far I'm am happy with the service I was provided. But the 8 position chip has been giving me problems. I've been riding with it for a few weeks to see if it is the truck or the chip. Did some testing Saturday it is the chips wire plug connector. Will be calling Monday.

Top notch .. placed an order called and offered a refund because it was out of stock and probably be two months .. no one else I’ve done visit with would do that .

Had a little trouble finding what I was needing but yall were one of few who had what I was looking for. Overall happy with what I've received and got it in a timely matter. However the tracking numbers did get messed up. Had 2 and each was opposite of the tracking number that it said it was. Example: gaskets came in as an crankcase oil drain tube according to tracking number.
