Thistle Boilers  Arvostelua

Great service. Very quick response and very competitive pricing.
Boiler installed efficiently and the work site left clean and tidy.
Great overall experience.

Best engineers team I ever had in my life, Guys so nice and helpful. Our boiler was upstairs, so everything from door till boiler, carpets, stairs were covered before any work start. Boiler was replaced quick and in hight standard. Never dreamed about service like this. At the end took vacuum cleaner and hovered around. If you want best service, nice clean work and high quality result, contact Thistle Boilers. Thank a lot, I wish every one should work like them.

Spoke to Gary on Thursday as our boiler had broken down and needed replaced, told him what boiler we had currently and sent photos of existing boiler and pipe work, he supplied several options with various prices and explained a bit about each of them. We decided what we wanted to go with and let him know on the Friday, Taylor and Nico arrived at 9am on Saturday morning to fit the boiler, they were very efficient, tidied up after themselves and didnt leave anything out of place, impeccable service from start to finish and can’t recommended them highly enough, I’m 37 weeks pregnant and needed it done urgently before the baby comes and they made it happen, cant thank them enough.

Amazing workmanship and extremely professional service by Gary from Thistle Boilers.
Gary had a nightmare of a job to remove & replace my old boiler to install new combi, with my concrete and steel frame house including having to deal with a 12ft drop into Muddy dark basement and a bricked in back burner that had to be cut in 2 to be removed.
5 stars and a gold medal deserved.
1st class service. Thankyou.
Highly recommended Thistle Boilers

Great job 👏 Gary was very competent ,timely , tidy and extremely skilled, one day boiler exchange, no hassle good price 👌 thoroughly satisfied and would recommend

Gary fitted a new boiler on a Saturday whilst the weather was glorious and the football was on. Some engineers you would expect to do a minimal job under those conditions to get some of their weekend back - Gary was different, he took real pride in his work, took his time to do a good job and it shows. The attention to detail was superb.

The new pipework and rendering around the new flue looks great. The new electric runs are incredibly neat - it was a real joy seeing what a true professional can do. He even removed and patched the old overflow pipe the previous installation engineers had left years ago.

Tidied up after himself at the end, you would never have known he was there, everything was clean and back in its place.

Experience has taught me to be a cynic with most tradesmen these days, but I can't recommend this guy enough - we will be getting him back any time we need a service or further work done, and I have already recommended him to my friends.

Gary called today to fit a new boiler. Can't be happier did a thoroughly professional job. Tidied up after finishing. Would highly recommend him. First class thankyou so much.

First class service, Gary from Thistle Boilers, fitted our new boiler and showed great respect to the fitted kitchen and new rough cast. Is workmanship was excellent and got everything done in under 4 hours. That included spending time to check all radiators, taps etc and showing us the boiler controls and digital display.

Extremely professional and efficient. I recommend Thistle Boilers 100%

Amazing professional service. Would highly recommend!!

Full boiler service and 3 new chrome radiators. Booked and out in less than a week. Brilliant
Took away all old radiators piping etc. absolutely no mess disturbance anywhere. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend

Gary was efficient, professional, friendly and really good at his job. Had a busy schedule but was still able to fit me in for a boiler replacement the next day on a Saturday taking into consideration how frustrated I was that I couldn't get any other company out to do the job and had no heating for three days. Great job Gary

Contacted this company last Saturday after boiler gave up, 100% on trustpilot, every review mentions professional, tidy, on time, so I called, Gary responded quickly with some recommendations for me to look up and check out. Fitted me In within the week. Arrived on time at 8.30 and got to work, all new pipes, boiler and flue. Feb deal was central heating system power flush, all done quickly, easily and minimum disruption.Finished at 3.30pm, talked me through system, gave me all paperwork, instruction manual. Applied for warranty and will send that to me in due course, tidied up and left room as it was before he started. Took away all old piping, boiler etc.
What can I say! In this day and age of companies not turning up, not communicating, not doing what they said this was exceptional. No hidden costs, quote given and that’s what was paid. Just to phone for yearly service and he’ll do that to. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had our boiler fitted a week ago all good. Gary advised on the boiler we require and the work to remove old back boiler and modify pipework. Work completed on time and to a very high standard. Highly recommended this company.

Had our boiler installed for few weeks now and are happy with the work Gary had done. Was super easy and quick to get a quote. Was out the next day after contacting home and within 48 hours we had a quote for the job. Unfortunately we had power supply issues and had struggles with our new boiler (nothing to do with the boiler or work installing it). However Gary was great and got a hold of an electrician to come to our house and fix the issue. Took a couple of days but Gary was texting making sure that it was getting sorted. Now issues all resolved boiler is up and running and now have proper heating.

Had Thistle boilers in to fit a new combi boiler. Very happy with the service, 10/10

A great service, great job, and quickly done

a job well done 👍🏻

Today Gary from Thistle Boilers fitted my new Worcester Greenstar 8000 plus Combi Boiler.
His new pipework was fitted and was so much more tidy and efficient than fitted for my previous boiler installed by someone else. His workmanship together with his politeness not to mention how tidy he left everything is testament to someone I would strongly recommend.
