Boiler Sure Arvostelua 549

Just had a new boiler fitted by Boiler Sure and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Had one minor snagging issue which was resolved a few days later. I have no issues fully recommending this company. Thanks Phil

All went according to plan, engineer came when I was told he would. I would have liked a reminder nearer to the arrival date as the appointment was made weeks ago, nevertheless all went well . Just awaiting a copy of the service document.

Appointment to service boiler was done efficiently. Boiler engineer was punctual and polite. Boiler was serviced and heating is working great 👍

Another successful annual boiler service from boiler sure. Engineer called 10 minutes before arrival to say he was on his way. Boiler serviced a couple of radiators bled. No fuss no mess. All done till next year. Very happy with service, value for money.

I reported a non emergency issue with my boiler and got an appointment within a couple of days with a 4 hour time slot.
The engineer had to order a spare part and it was fitted within 4 working days. A good reliable and efficient service, all covered by my service plan.

My boiler was installed in February 2025 as a like-for-like replacement and the installation itself was completed in one day. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately afterwards.

The copper pipework beneath the boiler was left dangerously dangling, and the boiler itself was leaking from the outset. This resulted in five return visits to my property before the leak was finally addressed.

The leak caused damage to my kitchen, and the workmanship around the installation was poor — my kitchen cabinets were damaged, with screws pulled straight through the side panel, leaving visible damage that should never have happened during a straightforward boiler replacement.

Communication throughout the process was dreadful, and it has taken 12 months to reach any form of resolution, which has been frustrating and disappointing.

To add to that, the first annual service carried out today by Boiler-sure was also disappointing, this service was performed late as my appointment was cancelled TWICE. the engineer refused to clean the boiler filter, which I would expect to be part of a proper service.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience and far below the standard I expected as they are priced as a premium service.

Just recently joined Boiler Sure and
Well impressed with there Customer Service. Found them to be very helpful and obliging with getting me set up and organising my first Boiler service so it coincided with my previous services .
I have had my first Gas Boiler service organised for today and everything was spot on with communication, Date, time and Polite and Friendly Engineer .

We had 2 leaking radiator valves just before we left for holiday. A quick call to Boiler Sure and they came out that morning to do an emergency temporary repair. Full repair with new valves completed this week. Prompt and courteous service from Boiler Sure under our boiler cover plan

Showed up earlier than i expected young lad Jack was amazing very helpful and explained and showed me how to work my thermostat Jack is a credit to your company also very friendly 👍 i would recommend the company and 5 stars 🌟 from me today

Had new boiler fitted and ongoing maintenance contract. would certainly use again should the need arise.

We had a new boiler quote went with it and when it came to install advised I had to pay another £998 then put a hole in the roof took 7 calls to get someone to look at it and sent a plumber he the smashed my lamp but did refund then got the hole repaired and for my troubles would give me a year service when it came around told me they had no knowledge and hot water would not fill a sink never mind a bath as the water goes cold really bad move using them use Scottish gas I have now moved to Scottish gas for maintenance
