The bra shipped quickly, but it was uncomfortable against my skin. Unfortunately the 1 star is due to the return policy. They won't give your money back for about 45 days after you put the return in the mail. This is unacceptable for a company in the 21st century. Stay away from ThirdLove unless you're very confident you won't need to return the product.

My first experience with ThirdLove was pleasant. My bra shipped very quickly and I was satisfied enough with my purchase that I kept my bra. I decided to order another bra, but this recent experience was horrible. I ordered my bra on July 23, it did not ship because of some kind of glitch that prevented several hundred Canadian orders from shipping, I was told by a rep. I grew tired of waiting so I wanted to cancel my shipment and receive a refund; I was told it cannot be done because it's already in the shipment process, even after 3 weeks of waiting for it to ship. At this point, I escalated to PayPal because I had made the purchase using my PayPal account and they are very helpful in matters like this. I finally received my bra one month later, but then I had trouble requesting a Canadian shipping label to return my order. Clearly stated on the ThirdLove website, they do not accept returns without this return label, and Canadian customers are to request it by emailing ThirdLove with the subject line "International Order". I did, several times, and I kept getting rerouted to the American return instructions, not to mention my requests were being ignored. I added an additional complaint via PayPal to my open dispute with ThirdLove. I finally received my return label, and I returned my item unopened/unused. Tracking information shows ThirdLove received the item in their Calgary, Canada warehouse on Sept 4. It is now Sept 17 and I am still waiting for my refund, which is over $100CAD. I updated PayPal with this new information and I am happy to be receiving their help in this matter. I've learned the hard way that there are much better bra companies out there with much better bras and much better customer service!

My order never arrived. I was charged for it and I had to call to have it reshipped. The customer service rep was terrible. She did not say she was sorry for the inconvenience and she made me feel like I did something wrong. She made me have it shipped to a different address. I won't order again. I even told her I was a first time customer and I was disappointed. She didn't say a word.

I ordered 2 bras on different occasions earlier this year and although the first purchase fit perfectly, the second one seemed too small. I have tried time and time again to return it yet customer service has pretty much been a dead end. I don’t think I will support this company any further than I already have.

One of the bras I bought was too big. I contacted customer support and they were no help in finding anything that fit. Then I requested a refund. The customer service does not respond

I purchased a gift card for my wife. Everywhere on the site it says "returns are always free within 60 days." Even the first question of the FAQ stated ll returns are free. After I gave the gift to my wife, she went to the site and found that thier were no bras in her size. She contacted customer support and they were no help in finding anything that fit. I then requested a refund of the fully unused giftcard. The customer service reps were very rude and told me gift cards were not refundable and I should have read the fine print on the gift card page. I showed them screen shots of the page where it clearly says refunds are alwyas free, but they refused to refund my purchase. I am very disapointed in the way I was treated by ThirdLove.

I’m a larger than life woman, nearly 6’ tall, with a broad back and shoulders. In addition, I’m definitely big. Finding a bra to comfortably fit me is nearly impossible. The last bra I wore came from Europe. They were well made, but I gained weight.

I need the support of underwire without the band or strap cutting me. I want an attractive line, not some basic holster for the girls. Third Love meets my needs and my wants. I originally order two different sizes, in order to have options. There was no problem returning the one that didn’t fit perfectly. It was nice speaking to an agent who understood that I’m not comfortable buying lingerie online. I am part of an older generation that prefers face to face customer service. The service provided was nearly as good. I ended up ordering 7 bras, 13 months ago. They’re holding up just fine. Almost like new.

I placed an order that has to be returned. Nothing fits and everything runs super small. A few years ago I ordered a bra and the fit was perfect. I have done what is on the website to return. There are items I was charged for that I never ordered or received. They say returns are easy? NOT! The website has you click on what you want to return. Once you click on what items you want returned, the process just stops. Then they give you an option to text. You start to text for a return. Then it all just stops. This is beyond frustrating. I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered based on the company sizing recommendation. No go. Because I have DD breasts, bras ride up. Their recommendation was to drop down a band size. Sure, I love feeling like I have a 2 sizes too small belt wrapped around my rib cage, digging in and allowing the back fat to spill over. How do you put someone who wears a DD into a bra with two hooks? It's not logical. Their full coverage bra is NOT full coverage. It cuts across the mid part of the top of your boob. Fabric is thin.

I just ordered my second ThirdLove bra. My first one was purchased in 2014 when the company was still new.
I'm just now needing to move to the third set of hooks (as opposed to the second, which is where they recommend hooking new ones). This first T-shirt bra has lasted that long through both hand and MACHINE washing. I also ordered a new one because, in those 6 years, I've decided to go with full coverage. I ordered the wrong size because I tried the fit test again, and obviously answered differently (go figure) than 6 years ago. I chatted with an agent (AJ) today who helped me correct my mistake and immediately re-order for me and send a shipping label. I used to get the 'other gal's' brand until the quality got to the point it wasn't worth nearly $70 a bra.

Have had my bra for less than a year and both wires have popped out. I have NEVER had this happen before. You would think such an expensive bra would be more durable. Definitely will not be buying from this company again.

Poor quality. Fit is weird and not at all how they claim, even using their fit guides. Underwires popped out of two of these bras shortly after.

I don't want to order anything..just want to say a few months ago you showed your commercial on lifetime and now Feb 2 at five thirty saw it again..it's highly offensive to see a woman just pull a boob out n start nursing..that's what is wrong with the world...everyone let's everything slide.you should b more modest.by the way it was on tvonehd.i won't b buying your bras

Horrible. Bras were fine but a bit too thin. Sizing was way off so I initiated an exchange. However, when you do this they aren’t clear about what size they’ll be sending you. So I wrote to their customer service inquiring and no response. I waited a few days and wrote again. Nothing. Finally I wrote to them for a third time via their website, explaining what happened and complaining about their poor communication. I got a response but no apology or anything from the rep about my experience. Just gave me the same generic instructions. I told them I just want to return the bras now for a refund instead of exchange, due to the bad service and I was sent a link. When I click the link and fill out my info, I get a message that reads that my order is outside of the normal return policy. What does this even mean? SO BAD. I just want this resolved and a full refund. In today’s day and age, having a company make a return this difficult is absolutely ridiculous.

So, I will start out by saying the material of the bras are very comfortable BUT, I had placed an order for the suggested size for their brand verse the brand and size I am currently in. It was COMPLETELY wrong, I sent it back maybe a week or a little over later ( because I’m busy with 2 kids) I sent it back, filled out the form for an exchange and again a suggested size and I thought that meant they were sending me the bra and it would be shipped in the same way I paid, expedited. Nope. Had to call after 5 days went by of them having the bra and they then proceeded to process the exchange then it took 10 days to receive the replacement to find that it’s not even much bigger than the first bra they sent and it still doesn’t fit. I kept it because I don’t have time for that but,I will never buy one again. Oh and the lady was trying to sell me $118 lounge sets instead of focusing on the real issues... horrible experience I only rated 2 because it is a very comfortable, pretty bra. Also, I am a 34D/DD since I am still nursing (second child and my boobs are 2 different sizes) they sent a 32c the first time and a 34c 1/2

Love this company. They were so patient with me. Absolutely no problem returning items until I found my perfect fit. These bras are the most comfortable and so very pretty. Thank you ~ Thank you!

Don't be put off by the price. I don't have a traditional size, and the customer service is awesome at finding a great fit. One time I just didn't like the style after trying out a new one, and I was quickly reimbursed without a hassle. And I had worn and washed the bra a few times! Great company!

I wish I would've found Third Love years ago! I have never #1, been so educated by anyone about all things bra ( sizing, fit, durability, etc) including intamtes salespeople. #2, I was for sure they were crazy about my size when I saw the answer, but I decided to go with it, and they were spot on!
#3, the fact they allow you to try it out for only $5ish for 30 days is incredible! The fact they donate all returned bras to charity sealed it for me. I ordered my trial bra in May. It's July and I now own 3, and have one on the way for my 16yr old daughter.
Back problems have been a thing of the past since I put on this bra! Thank you third love, for getting it!

The bras are super comfy though it took me a good few months to get the right size. I constantly had to send it back awaiting a new size. I'm not sure how their size chart works though when I chatted with someone, I informed them I was a DDD yet was somehow sent C's and D's. Every time I was sent a new size, the cups fit right but the straps were beyond tight. As someone who prefers padded bras, these were a bit underpadded in my opinion. The strap's adjuster was a bit hard to reach and pull in my opinion though everything else was great. I personally do think $68 is extremely high for a simple bra though the customer service was great and everyone there is super sweet. After around 4-6 returns, I finally got the correct size. Though if you're someone reading this going through the same issue of getting the wrong size, I would recommend chatting with them and requesting your own size rather than having them choose a new one for you.

Although I didn't even end up purchasing a bra through them, I was impressed by the customer service. I also think this company has a lot of integrity.
First round, I bought the wrong size of bra. ThirdLove refunded me and sent me the same bras in the right size. I didn't like the style and didn't think it was worth the price (I'm a small size so it's easy for me to find inexpensive bras in my size at department stores), so I returned it and they gave me a full refund.
It IS important to read the terms of returning. I followed them, so it wasn't a problem for me.
I've had multiple friends purchase bras from ThirdLove and swear by it. Although I am not one of those people, I still recommend giving it a try, as they give you a fair opportunity to try it out at home and return it if I didn't like it.
