Think Energy Arvostelua

AutoSave is a difference maker!

It’s been such a great experience from the enrollment process being so simple to an easy way to pay & great customer service too!

Only company I know of that gives personalized savings based on how a customer uses their electricity. If they can't save the customer, they put them back with the utility. Monitor for free every month to see when they can save.
Great deal!

The products offered is never gonna hurt the customer

With comed's rates on the rise, I'm glad I signed up for Think Energy's services because the solar discounts coupled with lower electric rates maintained a lower bill than what it normally would have been.

I have been a happy customer for just over 3 years and everything they promised has come to pass. Great customer service and community solar has become a lifesaver for me and my family.

He reducido un 60% el pago de mi factura.
Realmente esta compañía ha cumplido lo que me dijo. El precio que pago es el que pacte en el contrato. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

It was very easy to sign up, quick service to get the service on. I am very happy with Think Energy! The website is easy to navigate, each month I get a reminder before my bill is due and the website makes it easy to pay and I can even view my bill.

I appreciate Think Energy for helping me save on my energy bill and also saves me time with there services!

I’ve saved so much money on my light bill by getting connected to a local community solar farm through Think Energy!! It helps me keep my expenses low but also support local jobs & companies and not line the pockets of big corps

AutoSave Makes Energy Savings Effortless

I recently switched to Think Energy here in Washington, DC, and their AutoSave program has been a game-changer. I love that everything runs automatically in the background—no complicated setup, no confusing rate changes, just consistent savings each month.

The signup process was simple, and the communication from Think Energy has been clear and upfront. What stands out most is the transparency: I can actually see how the AutoSave program adjusts my rate and helps keep my bill predictable, even when energy prices fluctuate.

Customer service has also been great. When I had a quick question about my first bill, a representative responded promptly and explained everything clearly.

If you want an energy provider that’s easy to work with and actually helps you save money without lifting a finger, I highly recommend Think Energy and their AutoSave program

It was a very easy process, straightforward and I felt really good about the decision!
