So mad!!!!!!

I wanted to write an honest review of what my experience was like. This isn't meant to be a negative review but more so just an honest opinion on what was great and what can be improved. Overall I would say this was a great experience, mostly because TYW created a great environment to have an unforgettable time with 8 of my bestest friends. There was minimal hassle in organizing food and things to do since we had a host and skipper. Our skipper James was a very easy going, accommodating and a pleasant person to be around. Our host was also very helpful in always having food readily available and keeping the shared space clean. I would imagine the experience would not have gone so smoothly without them. There are some areas of improvement for TYW however; this is not directed to any particular person but more some ideas on ways to improve. Also, just wanted to have a helpful review for those future TYW guests.
1. We were aware there was a petty cash stash we needed to contribute to for gas, food, taxis etc but the amount we needed to contribute was much more than stated on their website. Due to this, many of us lost a lot of our cash at the beginning of the week and struggled a bit with having more cash on hand for the rest of the week. I am not sure how much cash people usually travel with but for TYW I would recommend having about 1000 Euros on hand for the entire week since about 350 of it will go to the petty cash.
2. The host did a lot of the basic grocery shopping for the week for the goods she needed for cooking. However we always seemed to have A LOT of leftovers and A LOT of food in general. We ended the week with a good amount of groceries that we probably could have done without in the setting of a hefty grocery bill. The leftovers were used to feed the skippers on other boats that did not have a host; which I guess is OK since I rather that than have it go to waste. However, I just wish that much food was not bought in the 1st place since it is a very expensive trip to start with and this is a potential area we could have saved some money. The left over uncooked food is donated to a children's home which made us feel better at the end. But still... it almost felt like we were scammed a bit with the groceries.
3. The alcohol package is a plus or minus. I think it depends on how much drinking your crew will do. It is a substantial amount of alcohol and chasers. I think we maybe used 2 boxes of juice but was left with over a dozen and about 6 bottles of champagne at the end. The liquor itself was obviously not top shelf but not too bad either. Do what you will with this information. Might just be better to get exactly what alcohol you want when you go grocery shopping at the beginning. We got the alcohol package to save on the hassle of grocery shopping which it did.
4. TYW events ended pretty early, around 10PM for Cape Diam and the theme party. For the Carpe Diam beach party it was on a separate island that required a water taxi to get to. It ran from 5pm-10PM with an "after party" that was not directly related to TYW on the same island starting at 12AM. Which meant that if you wanted to go to the after party you would have to leave the island at 10PM when Carpe was done and find a way to get your own water taxi for a round trip back to the island which was "not covered by TYW". It's a bit of a hassle and mood killer since Carpe was absolutely fun but unfortunately ends early and everyone is kicked off the island at 10PM. If there was a way for TYW to allow people to stay until 12AM and then open it to the public that would be great.
5. The water taxis "covered by TWY" aren't really covered by TYW. It just comes out of the petty cash which is technically the guests money anyway. So if you wanted to get a taxi that "was not covered" well.. they're all technically not covered and come out-of-pocket anyway. So don't stress about getting taxis that "aren't covered". There is an abundance of taxis available to get to and from the different islands.

very disappointed this year! we got a wrong and really danced off yacht and spent the first day getting a new one while everyone else was already partying. As compensation we got a small bottle of vodka for 9 people together, thanks for that. On the second day there was a purely verbal argument with a troop of women, no one was violent. The event management then tried to do the best they could afterwards to clear everything up. Unfortunately, they only talked to the group of women and then immediately decided to ban one of our boat from the entire week without first asking our view of things. This is the most unfair thing I have ever seen in my life. Our friend then had to leave the yacht on the spot and was left alone on the island. This is a disaster. We were there the second time and were unfortunately treated totally unfairly. no compensation and no care no offer of conflict resolution for all sides, purest kindergarten. Women's quota unfortunately also subterranean.

Komplette abzocke, bloß nicht hingehen die ziehen euch gnadenlos das Geld aus der Tasche.

Second Time Here! First Time was cool, Second time they messed our yacht. Organization was Bad and Girl / boy- Ratio is shocking!! Only boys!
Was my Last Yacht Week, with This amount of money we spend, simply disappointed!

Nie wieder. Man fühlt sich von vorne bis hinten absolut nicht wohl. Auf gar keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Schlechte Planung der Woche, überteuerte Partys und gar keine Freiheiten. In Summe sehr viel Geld für gar nichts!

Kann ich keinem empfehlen! Finger weg von dieser Veranstaltung!

wir hatten mehrere Yachten gemietet. Es hat uns mehr als 20000€ pro Yacht gekostet. Als Service haben wir erst mal eine falsche Yacht bekommen am ersten Tag und konnten nicht mit auf die Opening Party. Stattdessen warteten wir über 8h am Hafen in der prallen Sonne auf unser neues Boot. Keiner hat sich um uns gekümmert. Nach etlichen Telefonaten haben wir als Entschädigung eine 0,7 l vodka Flasche erhalten, einfach nur lächerlich bei diesen Summen an Geld die man bezahlt. Die zusätzlichen Kosten während der Woche sind mindestens halb so hoch wie der Preis pro Person.
Und dann versucht die Yacht Week unsere ehrlichen Bewertungen auch noch als Schädlich und illegal zu melden! Einfach nur traurig wie inkompetent eine Firma dieser Größe sein kann.

The yacht week is a organised and created a week of seem less fun. From incredible food and activity recommendations from our Skipper, Caydon, to the beautiful swim spots we visited, meanwhile ensuring we were safe at every turn, while also hyping us up for all TYW special events on each day!! The events crew, especially Charlotte, Roni and Kiara, lit up the vibe every time we saw them, they have contagious energy and can answer any question, we were so grateful (and don’t miss yoga)!! The way all the skippers and crew work together to build the tunnel raft, or to solve any little problem made us feel relaxed and confident. Our little crew on Agrippa had an unforgettable week and already planning the next one 🥳

Yacht Week is an amazing mix of parties, beach, and a curated experience of Croatia. From the little nooks and crannies along the coast where we were totally isolated and able to swim freely, to the amazing food cooked by our boat mom (Aex Fuller), to the amazing parties in incredible venues, this experience was unmatched!

I never once felt nervous or in danger on the boat because our boat dad (Ante) took incredible care of us. His recommendations as a local made our trip what it was and some of our best experiences (the dinner in Hvar, the Blue Cave in Vis, ATV riding in Brac) were some of the best, most memorable experiences I've had in my life!

Thank you yacht week for everything. I have no regrets and I will be back!

Coming into beautiful Split and getting a drink at the harbor before taking off on the greatest week of your life. Our host Iva took care of everything, including dinner reservations and booking excursions, making delicious meals each day and overall keeping the vibes on our yacht at 11. Our skipper Martin was awesome, teaching us how sail and making sure everything was in top shape. One night our A/C wasn't working after a long night out and Martin had it up and running in a few minutes. Couldn't recommend them more! The parties were insanely fun with great music, food and people! And the friends you'll make will last you a lifetime!

TYW was the hands down the best week of my life! I loved how everything was planned for me and my entire group so all we had to do was party and enjoy our time. Our host Phoebe Hooker, and our skipper Euan Mackenzie helped to make our experience a 10/10.
From booking the trip, to check in, to check out, everything was seamless and convenient.

I’ve dreamed of going to yacht week for years, this year I was finally able to go and it went beyond my expectations. This vacation is more than just time on a boat - it is an adventure of a lifetime. The company did an impressive job organizing all the events for a large group of 70 boats in w27. Each day felt like a new chapter in a new location, I was either partying, exploring, or making friends the entire time. Hard to complain when you are having such a good time. The yacht week family will always hold a place in my heart.

I cannot imagine a better way to spend a week travelling Croatia than with The Yacht Week! The water, views, parties, friendships - amazing. What made it truly incredible and I believe our whole boat would agree, were our host and skipper, Adhika and David. Addy's food, morale, support and energy was impeccable, warm and endless while David's knowledge, dedication and passion was unmatched. We were safe, extremely well fed, and never without laughter or good times.

Their customer service and authenticity are to be commended and The Yacht Week are lucky to have crew such as them. If you're looking for an unforgettable week exploring Croatia and meeting some of the world's best people - you have to book a Yacht Week! Perfect, perfect, perfect.

I went on Croatia Yacht Week and it was the best trip I’ve ever been on. The scenery was beautiful, the parties went all night, and the friendships I made will last a lifetime. Ante, our skipper, never made a wrong decision when advising us what to do with our down time. Whether it was riding ATVs, wine tastings, restaurant recommendations, or guided tours, all of his guidance was on point. He’s also a decent chess player. Alex, our hostess, prepared amazing meals, each one better than the next. By the end of the trip, the two of them weren’t just staff but a part of our yacht week family. If I could go back and relive the experience, I would. Highly recommend. 10/10

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of embarking on Yacht Week Croatia, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. We booked a cabin and were paired with the most amazing people from all over the world - who have now become lifelong friends!

One of the key highlights of our trip was our host, Josh. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome and ensured that every moment on the yacht was filled with joy and laughter. Josh's attentiveness and friendly nature were second to none, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about our experience. We are so grateful for him and the delicious food he cooked us - I am still dreaming about the breakfast spreads!

In addition to our exceptional host, we were fortunate to have Gegio as our skipper. Gegio's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond his duties truly enhanced our journey. His friendly demeanour and genuine interest in our well-being made us feel safe and cared for throughout the trip. Gegio's passion for sailing was evident, and his dedication to creating an extraordinary experience for us was truly commendable.

Our time with Yacht Week exceeded all expectations, and we cannot recommend this experience highly enough. The combination of a beautiful yacht, an incredible crew, and new lifelong friendships is a recipe for an unforgettable adventure. We are already wanting to plan our next voyage - Greece route is calling our names.
