Still waiting

Been waiting for over 2 years for exclusive items, despite seeing some of them being in stock at some point.

Always have to inquiry about the status of the items and when he does reply, it's always a vague answer.

Will not order from here again after being scammed out of my money.

Hello you ask for updates you've never asked for a refund, if you want a refund we can refund you, we can only send items when we receive them as your from Canada and took advantage of the postage cost by adding many items to your order to ship all together it will slow your order down
We had 90% of the order ready to go but we are waiting as you know for another 2 figures to fill this order and ship as per our responses on Facebook posts . So its not quite as simple as you saying your waiting 2 years for a order they were pre orders due over various months in that year due some quite far apart in months and items can get delayed which is beyond our control. perhaps instead of running to hear you drop us a email and ask for a refund its much more a simple way of sorting issues out

My go-to for online figure hunting!

I have been a customer of The Whole Shebang for a number of years, purchasing a number of in stock items and several pre-order figures, typically being those not usually stocked by UK retailers. The items are always well-packaged and shipped quickly once in stock, whilst my profile page makes it easy to track my orders and any changes to when they are expected.
As a figure collector, I consider The Whole Shebang to be a crucial service in getting harder to find items as a reasonable price. I'm a big fan of the service.

Was a little apprehensive about using a store/site id never heard of before, but I’m glad to say it was a very positive experience. Ordered figure on the 4/5 and recieved today (6/5). Figure was shipped with Royal Mail and not Evri, which is an immediate thumbs up in my book. Very happy with purchase, will definitely be shopping here again.
