The whole Shebang Arvostelua

I have ordered from The whole Shebang a couple of times now and I cannot fault them. They are offering great prices and good products you might normally struggle to find in the UK.

I to return an order recently (I forgot to leave a note specifying the version of the item I wanted) and an exchange was made with no issues.

Great prices, customer care, and products.

Highly recommended.

I just want to give a positive shout out to Matt and everyone else at The Whole Shebang.

After placing an order I was given updates that they had received it and then updated again once it had been processed and dispatched. When it failed to arrive I got in touch and they replied immediately giving me tracking information. Unfortunately though due to circumstances beyond there control the parcel was lost. I was then gladly informed more stock would be on its way in a matter of weeks and a replacement would be sent. Because I needed it for a gift this wouldn't work for me so I had to inform them and request a refund which they sorted the same day.

Ultimately, buying and ordering was a pretty easy pleasant experience. Quick to reply to any communication and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner. Although it didn't quite work out this time I'd be confident recommending and using again. Thanks.

Extremely quick turnaround, free delivery and very well priced, mint collectables. Will be checking the whole shebang website before anywhere else in future.

Fantastic service , love this website for buying NECA figures

After several delayed pre orders and a loss of hope, I came across The Whole Shebang.
The required item was in stock. Great service, well packaged. A very happy customer actually getting what we have been after since Christmas!!

Delivery was super quick and packaged so well, love getting stuff from you guys

Always a pleasure to do business with

The whole shebang is now my go to site for all of my orders and pre-orders. Great service, free shipping and always well protected when packed. They have a range of payment options too to help spread the cost of the more expensive items. Excellent store.

Great delivery times and excellent product

Great company. I joined their mailing list for an out of stock figure and had a notification as soon as it was back in stock. It was dispatched quickly and well packed. Would definitely buy again from them.

Nothing but great service over the last few years, and one of the few places to carry products that are store exclusives in other countries. Any occasional problems have been with the companies producing the goods, such as Mattel's handling of its MOTU lines.

Great comms and Matt always answers any questions promptly. Highly recommended.

Super fast delivery.
First purchase from this company and now won’t be my last.
Excellent service!

Excellent customer service and order delivery. Will use again.

I've ordered a few things recently and over the last twelve months, and I have to say, I've been impressed with the service! The communication was super quick, and the packaging was the best I've ever seen.
