Abysmal customer service. Ordered on December 9th and STILL am awaiting my order.

I bought a book embosser for my wife and she loved it! To my surprise, I loved it, too. So I bought another one for myself. Personalized experience and quality product. I’m a fan.

Product was exactly as described. Could track shipping- carefully packaged. Very happy with the product and website!

Wonderful keepsake gifts for my Granddaughters. We’ve enjoyed embossing their books to build their libraries.
Delivery took longer than I anticipated but arrived Xmas Eve. Perfect

Great product, very good quality. It also makes a perfect present - I immediately ordered one more for my bookworm friend!

Right from the moment I saw this product I knew I wanted to try it. I looked at several other suppliers but these were the best quality by far. I already have three and now this one ... I can't wait to use it. Thanks for being flexible in what you can stamp.

Easy to use site, with great choices. Found the wished for item in no time. Straight forward check out service. Fast delivery. Highly recommended.

The quality of the press is great. Would recommend this for you and as a gift.

Great customer service from a great company and very good quality products… a very happy customer

J'ai passé une commande le 9 décembre et rien n'est arrivé.
De plus, il faut passer par l'application "Shop" pour suivre le colis. Rien ne bouge. J'ai déjà envoyé plusieurs mails. Ils sont restés sans réponse.

painless shopping for Christmas.

Great idea! Very impressive marketing - I’m not usually one for Instagram adds but I saw this and thought what an amazing gift these would be.
I ordered a bundle as it came with some extras (the free delivery also is a great touch coz nothing puts me off faster than shipping costs!)
The emails I received afterwards from the team were informative and had a personal touch which I thought was lovely.
As a thank you they offered me another embosser for a reduced price (again great marketing which I can appreciate for small businesses in a competitive industry) I looked through these additional embossers and selected one.
This time I could personalise top and bottom which was nice.
Can’t wait to receive my order and gift to my friend!!!
Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would . I haven’t recieved my order . The worst customer service , no email reply’s and on messanger I keep getting the same ai generated response. No help at all . Strongly advise not to order

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SHADY AT BEST, likely a con. I received promptly my book embosser which my niece opened on Christmas Day. Very disappointed, as the embossing was very faded and blurred. Have been trying to get them to respond since, but no one seems to be home…. I am now initiating the cash back process.

Wife overjoyed with her present. No problems with delivery and simple assembly. Thank you!

I found the website outside of the delivery window for Christmas so I purchased a gift card and that process was super easy to go though!

Only received one order out of 2 (ordered a month ago)
