I ordered 5 embossers and received only 4. The 4 I received are perfect, but customer service will not reply to my emails about the fifth one, which is very disappointing.

I ordered one for my best friend for Christmas. She loves reading and thought she would love it.
She was absolutely blown away and had never seen anything like it before.
She said it was one of the most personalised and meaningful presents she’s ever gotten.
We embossed her first book together and I was also amazed at how awesome and beautiful it was.
That night, I lay in bed on Christmas Day and ordered myself one lol.
I can’t wait for it to arrive so I can add a personal touch to all my books.
Highly rate this and suggest to any book lover to get one 🫶

Their website was very easy to navigate and the product itself is very good quality. My wife has 500+ books that she shares sometimes with friends and loves that she can now use her embosser on them all and mark her favorites with the gold patches. Couldn’t be happier.

This company is a scam, do not order from here. I ordered something on 12/5 and it's now 12/27 and it hasn't arrived. Package tracking is unrealiable and customer support is nonexistent.

I bought a gift card for $49.50, and got a gift card for $45. I reached out to The Whispering Pages three times, no response. Christmas came and I gifted the card to my niece. Unfortunately since there was still money due (remember how I bought a gift card for one embosser @$49.50, but only got a gift card for a portion of the charge on my credit card?) I ended up having to pay ANOTHER $4.50 to pay for the rest of this embosser. So now I have paid over cost because I was dumb enough to get hustled by this terrible company. I have yet to hear back from Whispering Pages or their parent company because I am pretty sure they are a phony company. Jokes on me, I guess. Don’t let yourself be the next to get played

I tried to contact them within hours of ordering to change the design and no one would reply. I had to buy another one to ensure I had the right one.

Ordered at beginning of December and still not received anything. Email for company doesn’t work. Appalling- obviously a scam. DO NOT BUY

High quality stamp and it came with gold foil stickers too! Those are best on the book covers, while the stamp itself works great for the pages inside the book. It's the perfect gift for the book lover in your life!

I previously purchased one of these personalized book embossers and it's easy to use and sturdy and adds a bit of a personal touch to any book collection. I ordered another one for my son bc he loves his books. I think he'll enjoy it as much as I have, and it's a little "I love you" to him every time he opens a book with his personalized sticker on his books. Happy Holidays.

Absolutely disgraceful company!
I ordered on the 8th of December for a Christmas gift. Delivery was guaranteed on 6-10 days…it is 24th of December and no signs of my parcel, that tracking shows has been stuck in China for weeks. I have sent the company several emails with no response. Meanwhile, they keep spamming my email with “you are still on time for a last minute Christmas gift”…what a joke and waste of money. Don’t bother

I’m glad I ordered the bookmark stamps. They look amazing. Still awaiting delivery of my products. I’m definitely going to order more in the future.

Awful - like so many others delivery timeline is completely deceiving. I ordered 8th December and won’t be able to give for Christmas. Hugely disappointing

EDITED--I purchased a custom embosser from TheWhisperingPages via their Shopify page on Dec. 9 (13 days ago despite the shipping dates being "5–9 days"). Shopify informed me that my package had been delivered, but neither my USPS Informed Delivery nor my Ring doorbell verified a package being delivered. I looked up the tracking number provided, but the updates don't state locations (except that it originated in China). The tracking service also stated the last update was it being picked up by a local carrier and not having been delivered to customer. Hopefully this is simply a miscommunication on Shopify's and the delivery carrier's part.

EDIT: It was delivered today (2 days after Shopify said it was). It is excellent quality. The shipping situation sucked, but the product is great.

Arnaque ???

I placed an order for Christmas on 29 November and as of 22 December, it still hasn’t arrived.

I’ve emailed six times with no response whatsoever. The tracking link only began working on 19 December, and it shows the product is still in China, with no movement between 19–22 December. I doubt it will arrive before the New Year at the earliest.

Customer service is completely nonexistent. This was meant to be a test order — I had planned to place more orders for my nephews and nieces after assessing the quality — but I will never order from this company again.

I strongly recommend buying from other sellers on Etsy instead.

Product is perfect, exactly how it is advertised. And a great price, can’t complain!

I was scammed. Went to my bank after receiving a hold notice for an additional 19.00. We looked up the tracking number and there wasnt a package even associated to the bogus number they gave me even though the shipping companybgiven was valid. To date, I still havent received anything and have disputed the cost with my bank.

I ordered an embosser with the gift box on the 7th of December and still have not received it!! On their website they state "Book Embosser will take 3 days to craft and 3-7 business days to ship." It took 11 days just to leave the facility in China and it has now been 14 days in total since my order! I will be away for Christmas so I won't be able to give this gift. Customer service is bad AVOID THIS COMPANY
