Fast, effective service. Product excellent

The idea of this product is great. But I found it too difficult fiddly to apply.

Customer service and support were good and replies were received in a reasonable time.

I ended up getting a partial refund. Which was appreciated given that I had attempted to use the stickers.

Unfortunately, as someone who is unskilled in the art of applying these stickers, the cost is far too high to take the risk to buy this product again.

Installation went well, this is the second company I have tried. They are awesome with their shipping and tracking, everyday U get a update to your product. The clasp fit and installation of the stickers easy no brainer and perfect fit, bezel same for fit but a little tricky installing. Case and lugs easy install but they are not a perfect fit somewhat smaller than full coverage disapointed somewhat, but ok. Again could be sized better for a perfect fit. Bracelet good coverage even on the ends of the links but not the easiest to figure out what goes where from the sheet they are on. It would be better if they put in two single rows from largest to smallest. So installation was again a little tricky to nail the right sizes on some links. OVERALL good coverage and 24 hrs later no air bubbles ect and unless you know what to look for you cannot see the coverage very transparent. Now to see how things hold up in the water but that's down the rd. I would recommend the product the gold on the watch is well protected and you do not need protection for the crystal since its Sapphire. I have worn a Sub for 18 yrs and banged it ect and never a scratch on the crystal.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, because everybody has to survive. But the tweezers were not in the package. Apparently the tweezers are important because they have a rubber tip. I don’t wanna use regular metal tweezers. I don’t have tweezers with rubber tips.

Shipping time was much better than InvisiShield, however, the appearance was not as smooth.

Great quality, it fits my watch really well, and it arrived soon after I ordered it.

I bought the GMT kit and followed the instructions correctly over 2 days leaving everything to dry fully before wearing or using an automatic winder.

It’s best to set aside a reasonable amount of time to do this right. I applied the case & clasp first, then the bracelet once they were dry.

The customer services were excellent and I can only recommend the company.

I’ll certainly be buying again.

First package I like but y'all have delivery issues I can help with that for seconds for security purposes face print!!

The protection film is missing the protection for the watch glass part and the surrounding

Perfectly cut, took about an hour to apply and hardly noticeable. Time will tell on durability but at the moment would certainly recommend and buy again

Good points:
The materials were good. The paste in particular remove superficial scratches. The application of films was not difficult with magnification but it was important to identify the stickier side (not mentioned in the video).
After 24 hours, all were secure and the result was good.
Areas for improvement:
The transfers would have benefitted from some labelling on the card. Magnification should be recommended. The graduation in sizes for the bracelet transfers was not obvious initially and so some transfers had to be moved. At the end, they were stable but very small streaks of the fluid can be seen in some places, despite dabbing all transfers on application.

Ordered the kit for my GMT Rolex followed the easy Instructions and surprisingly I was shocked how good the watch looked with the kit on. I expected it to stand out a mile but it didn't. So impressed and feel safer wearing my watch out as the previous watch scratched so easy without it.

We had a lot of troubles with the delivery to Belgium (UPS made some mistakes) but the company was very helpful and even paid some of the extra costs that were part of the shipping problems. Top service!

Waited the best part of 3 weeks for delivery & when arrived a critical part of the clasp stickers simply wouldn't hold, using the tweezers provided it then came off on to the cloth that came with the kit and left black dust all over the sticker - made things worse! Wanted to protect the clasp from the desk on my rose gold Rolex and paid c.£60 to not get what I wanted…why can’t you provide spares in a £60 kit? Especially for the smaller intricate parts!? The margins for this product must be crazy!!! On that basis I can’t recommend the product.

Edit: the team committed to sending me a replacement kit & solution. Improved service from initial & take the fact that Evri lost the parcel originally at face value. Fingers crossed the team are true to word and I receive the replacement in good time to try again. Many thanks.

Updating this review after receiving the product. Product is well made and easy to apply, just need to take your time to ensure proper fitment. Looks great after drying, and the peace of mind you get is what makes it well worth it. Good product.

I still have not received the product. The tracking status has not changed for 2 weeks now, and is still “leaving the UK”.
