My 1st experience
When I first placed my order for the watches, I was genuinely concerned about the authenticity of the website and the products, especially given the surprisingly low prices. I feared the watches might be counterfeit or that the site itself could be unreliable.
However, The Watches Men proved me completely wrong. The watches I received are authentic, beautifully crafted, and exceeded my expectations in both quality and style. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase, and the affordability makes it even better. I’m already planning to place several more orders in the near future.

I am extremely elated with my Diesel Watch purchase. TWM is an Authentic, Genuine and Reliable online retailer. TWM partners with DHL providing an express tracking service which was astoundingly quick. I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you so much 🥰🥰

The watch arrived was faulty. I have to pay for shipping!!!
The watch arrived was faulty and with issues with damage on the strap, they requested I ship it back to them for a replacement but they do not cover the cost of returns! Was advised they may provide a store credit to cover the cost of return shipping. Do not use this store you’ll have to cover the cost when
they send you a broken product. Terrible customer service.
1. You are correct I have. Stated replacement above. + also the watch stopped working within the first hour.
My exact complaint is that when your products are experiencing a fault or damage that it being only 7-11$ means I should pay for it without complaint, it should be a cost you absorb not the customer, not for me to go lucky me I’m being reimbursed in store credit I’m never going to use.
The casual remarks devaluing my complaint because I utilise your sale is a great touch too.
I will return the watch for a full replacement, I will cover the cost as you refuse to send a shipping label to do this and you can keep your store credit a store that has policies expecting customers absorb their costs when there’s an issue is not a store I will be using again.
4 you cannot say the return cost is no cost to me it is an upfront cost that I have to pay to get my replacement and can only be reimbursed in credit to shop with you again. So it is very much my cost to go to the post shop

Update: (📩 Dear customers: This issue has since been fully resolved, and we remain committed to ensuring every customer’s satisfaction — your happiness is always our top priority.)
"Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for transparency:
1. You contacted us regarding a damaged strap, and we immediately provided our return address for a brand new Replacement, not a repair.
2. Your order was purchased at a 30% discounted rate with Free Shipping.
3. We also offered to cover your return cost (around NZD 7–11 only) via store credit, once you share the return receipt.
4. The Replacement watch shipping will be fully covered by us, at no cost to you.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — this is not the experience we aim to deliver. While rare, product issues may occur, and we’re continuously improving our quality checks to prevent this in the future.
Thank you for your understanding."

Vastaus yritykseltä The Watches Men
Hi Onkar,
Thank you for your review. We understand how upsetting it is when a parcel is marked as delivered but not received.
To clarify, your order was dispatched on 21 November 2024 via NZ Post, and we provided you with the tracking number. Once you informed us that the package hadn’t been found, we immediately contacted NZ Post on your behalf to open an investigation. Since then, NZ Post has been in direct contact with you regarding the delivery.
As the parcel was confirmed delivered by NZ Post and we’ve done everything on our end to support the process, the matter now lies with NZ Post. We're still happy to assist where we can and follow up if needed, but resolution at this stage depends on their findings.
We genuinely hope NZ Post is able to clarify and resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Fast processing and delivery
