Product leaked and malfunctioned after a few days of using. Don’t bother complaining, they only reply if you leave a review. Then when they do reply they claim you used the wrong email and expect you to jump through hoops to get a replacement. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are much better stores who are cheaper and not passive aggressive like these 🤡

worst online retailer i’ve experienced.
i haven’t even received my parcel but can’t let this go unsaid.
took them over a week to ship my parcel even though the delivery was meant to be 2-3 days. i contacted them over email and received the worst customer service. they then reached out to me via whatsapp and spam called me and then argued back at me and refused me a refund when i told them it the customer service was appalling so who knows if im now going to receive my parcel.
