Delivery of next business day didn't…

Delivery of next business day didn't happen and it took a week to arrive. Customer service took 3 weeks to get back to me. Nothing wrong with the items when they arrived but I won't be ordering again from them.

I have been ordering cholesterol test…

I have been ordering cholesterol test strips from this company for quite a while now. The delivery timeline and customer service have been excellent to date . I did have an issue on one order with the product expiry date and it was replaced very promptly. The communication from the customer service was very good during this process

Very trusted company and always…

Very trusted company and always delivers quickly . I get the alflorex and it’s cheaper than the shops. Just this once there was a delay with delivery but I was emailed about the issue and again when the items were dispatched.

Excellent service

I had an issue with delivery and it was resolved immediately. Would definitely use the Nutrition Store again.

Item didn’t arrive on time

Item didn’t arrive on time, for which they blamed An Post. It took a full week to arrive despite being shipped domestically. Hanz from the aftercare team reached out with a generic follow-up email but never bothered to reply to my email where I flagged the shipping delay. Very disappointing and no resolution was offered when I reached out again.

Great company

Great company, they have what I couldn't find even in the big central pharmacies. Customer service is also great, I had a question answered in just few hours. I recommend this company to everyone looking for specific health tests or other products.
