I placed my order 12 November, order not delivered and tracking showing as not yet shipped. I emailed them to find out estimated delivery date, email could not be delivered due to mailbox being full. Emailed through website to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded - no response. I have reported to my bank and Trading Standards.

Ordered 3rd November. No communication no delivery and every time I check for delivery updates the date of delivery is changed. After reading other reviews I’m gutted I’ve lost £100 to these people! Clearly a scam.

The product is counterfeit and sent through Ali Express. It takes about 5-6 weeks to get a tracking number. The item is poor quality, loose stitching, see through, and no tags.

I placed my order on 3 November and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! It is 1 December, a month of waiting! I have emailed the company 3 times to be tols there is a hold up. Of over a month??!! Terrible customer service. I am worried now that I won't receive the order. Terrible.
