We had the distinct pleasure of working with Sheeza for the past several years at Zebras Unite. Sheeza is an experienced polymath who brings the full force of her experience, insight, and empathy to bear on any organisation she works with. Her contributions to us are too numerous to expand on fully here, but most notably:
- She brought incredible rigour to our operational systems, including procedures, policies, protocols, and personnel resources to ensure operational and financial sustainability and a workplace where our team could thrive.
- She worked extensively in expanding our global partnerships and relationships, closing over 50 partners from the alternative business ecosystem to expand our community and diversify our revenue streams.
- She designed and launched the Zebra Solidarity fund, a member-led resource pool inspired by the Islamic Zakat framework of a 2.5% wealth tax that benefited over a dozen of our members.
I cannot stress enough how pivotal Sheeza has been to the growth and wellbeing of this organisation. I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside her again in the future.
