Scotiahomebuyers Arvostelua

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

David Russel at Scotia bought my gran’s house and paid £7,000 more than the previous company offered. We’re delighted with the result and how quickly and smoothly it all went, and that extra money made a big difference for us too.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Thanks again, David. Would happily recommend Scotia. Five stars from us!

Had a good experience, offered 10k more than previous buyers. Smooth transaction, ease communication and were good to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone selling. All in all satisfied 😃😃

Really pleasant experience, I was thinking all adds on Facebook are about the same thing that they sell or buy your property cheaper then market but then I had a chat with scotiahomebuyer. He tried everything in his reach to help me . Not once he insisted or encouraged me to sell my property cheaper. He was very transparent about his process . He couldn’t help me at this instant but he referred me to other places like I mentioned tried his best to help.
I will be definitely referring him to others if they are in similar situation.
I was glad that he was not rude not pushing forcing encouraging me to sell below home report value . He was very honest open and transparent.
Which helped me tremendously. Once again big thank you 🙏🏽 for being honest and transparent.

I’ve dealt with Scotia on several occasions, specifically David who was a pleasure to work with. Great communication from start to finish and nothing was a hassle. If you need a hassle free sale for your property this is the company to go with.

I can't recommend him highly enough. Selling a property quickly can be a daunting task, but David made the process seamless and stress-free. Unlike my previous experience with a high street estate agent a few years back, David was genuinely understanding and took the time to discuss our goals. He provided a comprehensive overview of all available options, detailing both the pros and cons, and allowed us the space to make a considered decision. His approach was professional yet friendly, and his honesty and integrity were evident throughout our interactions. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent, David is the one to choose.

The buyers were very promp and a pleasure to deal with no issues at all both with the legal team and the purchase.i would def work with these guys again if the opporrunity arose.

After failing to sell a property, I got in touch with David and Brian.
We both met at property and he looked around to see everything was OK.
After agreeing a price which we were both happy with.it was then up to lawyers to sort.
From that day he kept in touch with me and if I had any issues or questions he was on other end of phone. Always ready to speak.
Sale went through with no issues and both parties happy.
I can honestly say I was a bit unsure if our family were doing the right thing. But if anyone wants to do it .I recommend them,
Both guys are absolutely brilliant and a credit to company
